Pokemon Platinum

Well, if that's really the case, then couldn't you just trade him over from your Diamond/Pearl version? If you already own him on one game, why bother trying to obtain him on Platinum?

._. I don't even like Darkrai, so I can kindly ignore him.

I definitely like the new mechanics in the gyms, makes it seem less borring. >=/ And I for one like Rotom's forms - COME ON! A darling refrigerator that will do your bidding? Sign me up!

Only got 1 DS.

Anyway, you need an event (The Secret Key, to be specific) to change the forms.

And I agree, Gardenia and Fantine's gyms were some of the easiest things to do in Pokemon History.

Dudes' date=' I know what rox now. When your fighting a main character like your rival and gym leaders and stuff, (other than he commanders) they do a little thing of thier own. Your Rival does a little dance. (Awesome huh?)

I was not amused when Pokemon did it.

I'm still not amused.

God the double battles you got forced into sucked. I remember just Earthquaking Lucario off the field one time because it was doing nothing same with Rival's Munchlax. And the god damn Arcanine in Victory Road I hated with passion, so I hope they've changed or made the pokemon attack more intelligently.

With Fantina I had to do all the battles, I kept forgetting to say hi to the Drifloon.

Passionately agreed. >_> The double battle partners they gave you sucked so horribly. They were decent in the Battle Tower (I liked that Crecelia), but during the story it was horrible. I, too, hated that Arcanine.

So I know Hypnosis is having its accuracy reduced back to 60 - you guys know of any other attack alterations?

Yeah' date=' Bertha isn't using Sudowoodo anymore, i personally hate that pokemon. Anyway, is not earth-type so it can be removed from that team.

OK I've seen two people use the term "earth". It's Ground or Rock, there is no Pokemon type called earth.

About the attacks it's mostly just which moves Pokemon can learn. The new Move Tutor is great. It opens up alot of diversity in new tactics. For example some people could now argue that Bibarel is a good Pokemon.

Also the partners in the game suck in general, I can't get as far as I'd like in the multi room because they keep making... bad... moves.

It's not that they make bad moves.

It's just that they're making unuseful moves.

Chancey kept trying to heal itself even though it wasn't taking any damage.

Lucario just stood there.

Arcinine used Helping Hand instead of attacking.

I don't even remember Buck or Mira so they must of sucked.

Well when you're in the wild I didn't really care about them I was just happy about the infinite healing. It's more in the Battle Tower I'm talking about, I'm up to about 70 battles in Single and then in Multi 27, why? Because they suck that's why

Bibarel is only good for a HM slave.

Healing was good' date=' but when you train like I do, its very pointless. Getting healed when I was using Lv 30+ was pointless in the Forest.

did you say HM slave you got that from marriland didnt you?

Spam?

Anyway, I was looking at the Battle Roulette, and I think that's my favorite facility in the Sinnoh Frontier. The 'You and your opponent trade pokemon' really appeals to me.

That does sound like it could cause some good battles. I'll probably skip most of the Frontier, I mean I've just beaten one of the Frontier Brains on Emerald, and that's only coz I barely went it there. I might take a nose just to see if its more interesting.

I'm just saying it won't be incredibly easy like the other Battle Frontier Brains look.
