I don't see the point of it. Would've been more useful if it had been implemented into 2&3. 2. If this card is also treated as a DARK monster, you can Tribute it to Special Summon 1 "Energetic Plant" from your Deck. The Summoned monster is also treated as a DARK monster. While this card is treated as a DARK monster, you can Tribute it and remove 2 "Energetic Plant" in your Graveyard from play to destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field and draw 1 card. 3. If this card is added to your hand by the effect of a LIGHT Plant-type monster that is also treated as a DARK monster, Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. During the End Phase of a turn this card was Normal Summoned, destroy it. Good cards overall. Link to comment
StevenBray
not bad really, a little confusing to read at first. The changes Umbra said is all I would say. 7/10 P.S. Umbra, that "song" is a little mean but funky. How long did it take you to write that? Link to comment

Blunderin' plunderin'Wheelin' dealin'Prince Star, that phony king of Written CardsYeah! Mmf, if you're putting me in there, why did you do so? I find it amusing that Star took Umbra's Fanfic award and badly put his name on there. You'd need DNA Transplant to start up Energetic Plant. I would've preferred that a more closely related card change its Attribute. Revival Plant is SO situational. Grape Vine isn't bad. 7/10. Link to comment
Parting Shot
I like Grape Vine. Revival Plant is too situational to be useful. If you make more, you should make one that works with RP to make it easier to actually make use of. Energetic Plant is interesting, but the end is overpowered. Once you get 1 out and treated as also DARK you can immediately get 2 in the grave and a third on the field and ta-da! Instant opponent's field nuke and free card for you. Dark Synthesis is underpowered. Even with the support it gives it really doesn't need a cost, especially not 1000 Life Points. overall - 13.33/13.69 Link to comment
Tabris
Now, now, Star, you don't vie for mine rightful place, do you? No - the usurper(s) will be unseated in the moment I recover from mine lethargic condition. For now, I focus on the cards: Synthesis: Too situational; it requires 1) the puttin' of LIGHT monsters and 2) the buildin' of a comprehensive win condition that relies on the darkness in the light, of which none in the current card pool suffices. Energetic: I'll go with Umbra now, as tamin' a potentially explosive is difficult to do without schemin' into notoriously convoluted effect-activation sequences. Revival: An absolute failure as it stands now. Grape Vine: And Backfire didn't backfire, now. No - this will only entertain opposin' S/T and little else. Link to comment
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Revival Plant is a little too situational for my liking to really be useful. Energetic Plant, pretty powerful at first glance but, I suppose it can't work solely by itself so I can't particularly complain about overpoweredness there. Dark Synthesis I guess is the centre card for this particular set in a way if I'm not mistaken. Grape Vine is a pretty good piece of support if properly protected if I do say so myself. So far, these are quite good. Link to comment
Guest Star
It seems like no-one realizes that you can just set Revival Plant and it turns into a Marshmallon/Spirit Reaper/Gellenduo/Arcana Force 0 - The Fool. Link to comment

The part about SS'ing itself isn't likely to fire off hardly ever, except in a deck with lots of support for this idea. Link to comment
Guest Star
I've added some new cards. Link to comment
Parting Shot
Insta-Seed seems underpowered. Elemental Sprite seems overpowered, maybe only draw 2 cards? The rest seem pretty good. ^_^ Link to comment
