Well here is were I post my spliced Zoids. Enjoy!

 

[spoiler=Zone 1; Splices]

Bio: FrostSaber is an advance assault Zoid designed for Artic/Tundran areas. It blends in with it's surroundings due to it's color and can take out most other Zoids designed for those areas.

My Thoughts: My first spliced Zoid, I combined a Climber Wolf and a Saber Fang. I added the Climber Wolf's weapon on top of the Saber Fang's and did a recolor. Personally it came out good in the end.

 

Bio: BlastDoom is a combination of a downed Mad Thunder and Gun Blaster. It's specialty is long range fire and can down an Elephander herd with one volley. If any enemies get close it can use it's hidden drill horns to stab the enemies.

My Thoughts: I don't like the recolor right under the weaponry and above the main body. It doesn't look right to me. Everything else I like though.

 

Bio: Meteor Hanger is a combination of Death Meteor and Hover Cargo. It is a powerhouse and can easily destroy most Zoids. It was designed to transport very important cargo.

My Thoughts: Personally my best so far, the recolor was good and overall it turned out fine.

 

Bio: Royal Liger is the Zoid used by the president of the Helios Republic. It is an Aero Liger mixed with a Saber Lion and Blade Liger AB. It is fully capable to handle most Zoids.

My Thoughts: This is the creation of my boredom. Personally, it turned out fine.

 

Bio: DoomFire is an odd Zoid and is very powerful. Not much is really known about this Zoid.

My Thoughts: I'm surprised with this one really. It turned out really good.

 

Bio: The Zoid of the elusive bandit Drahkan, this shadowfox or FireFox is a dangerous opponent. It's lazer claws have been strengthened and it's electron fangs have been increased as well. The twin Climber Wolf machine guns on it's back makes it the more dangerous.

My Thoughts: I made this Zoid for my good friend. He gave me specifics for it and personally, it turned out fine.

 

Bio: Dubbed, "Centaur" this zoid was the fusion of a primate type zoid and a rhino type zoid. Not much else is known. It's official name is Ryhrock.

My Thoughts: I think its my personal best.

 

Bio: The BloodWarden is used by the leader of the BloodFangs. A criminal organization. It's the fusion of a Proto Breaker, as you can see by it's twin rods on it's back, and a Wardick.

My Thoughts: I like the head recolor, looks like blood in a way.

Well I don't know what these are, but they look very nice indeed. And it seems like you put some effort in. I seem to be drawn towards the second one. Good job.

Zoids are just mech-animals used in wars and such.

 

They are hard to recolor >.<

We'll have to see the original sprites to see in what way you've ctually customized them, or else we can't really rate. They do look good though ^_^

Well I was able to find a few zoid sprites, but not all the ones you used. From what I can tell you did ok. The first one I find a little top heavy though. From what I understand with Zoids, is there suppose to be animal like. I don't see a tiger with a gun the same size of itself strapped to its back would work too well. That thing would topple over, and turning while running would end up with a big flop. Other than that, I can't locate many problem. I don't though completely know what was used everywhere. I would need to see all the originals to properly critique these.

Well actually, it would be possible to make modifications to keep them in one spot and still be able to use it's weapon. Thanks for the criticism, I'm getting the sprites they were spliced from up now.

Work on the coloring a bit and they seem kinda scratchy

I actually am in love with Zoids D: handsdown

and i'm also in the process of ripping zoids sprites from the games :D (Zoids Saga DS)

and prolly the older games for the weapons.

 

The animations are easily copied <3
