Zenrais Posted February 1, 2009 Author Report Share Posted February 1, 2009 After you take the monstacle go to the man at the counter and say that your here to pick up the package for Randy then go to Knights store go to the restaraunt section buy some milk then show him the package* and ask for Randy then battle him.  *the package you get from the man behind the counter in the artists cafe.
