Ahh, well think of it as war in real life. People lose their lives, and their one individual soul, that can never bought brought back, is gone. Zoids are in iscense the same thing. They are like animals that can communicate with their pilot. So I won't recklessly expend all those zoids life's. I'll make it realistic, in the begining of every battle scene I'll put the number of zoids of each side, so it'll be a bit more realistic.

yeah I was referring to cases were military commanders expend the lives of their men just to try to outdo another commander

I guess, the Zelos empire will view it like that, the Helios Republic is more on the "make sure everyone stays alive" kind of thing.

Yep, the Helios Republic trys to keep as much troops as possible, the Zelos doesn't care as long as they win.

Kind off. In any case Leo is going to be thrown into the Helios Republic against his rival. (The guy in the Black Commandwolf, who will be revealed in the next chapter)

Oh yes. His Shield Liger, which is mainly for close combat. Will have to try hard against the commandwolf, which is faster and is overall better in both close and long range combat.

faster means little. It's effectively you use your strategy

The command wolf is a bit smaller the the shield liger. The thing is if the liger gets a good hit on the commandwolf, it's all over.

every opponent and weapon has its weak spot. You just have to locate it

I see your point. Well one thing that will be important is the gathering of the Past and Future zoids. Past for Helios, Future for Zelos.

The past one is called the cyclops.

 

It's kind of like a rhino with paladin armor and a veeeeeeeeeeery powerful cannon on it's back

 

The future one is called Diablo Tiger.

 

It's a like a sleek futruristicy saber tooth cat. It has invisibility and also a veeeeeeeeeeery powerful cannon on it's back.
