Guest KAJN
See when I clicked on it today it said; "Photoshop License Expired" so I did what Adobe asked me to do which is uninstall remove all the files & ran the CS4 Cleaner. But this what comes out when I ran the cleaner:: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/Volumes/Run CS4 Cleaner/Run CS4 Cleaner.app/Contents/Resources/cleaner/CS4InstallerDatabaseUtility.py", line 682, in removalofCapsBackupEntries(capsath_mac) File "/Volumes/Run CS4 Cleaner/Run CS4 Cleaner.app/Contents/Resources/cleaner/CS4InstallerDatabaseUtility.py", line 263, in removalofCapsBackupEntries cursor.execute("select collectionPayloadID from ribs_collection")sqlite3.DatabaseError: file is encrypted or is not a database What should I do? I also tried re-installing it but it said ::Setup has encountered an error and cannot continue. Contact Adobe Customer Support for assistance. I will reward the best reply with anything they want. Anything possible >_> Like helping them with their graphics, etc.

+Jono
Is this an illegal version? If so, do not contact customer support. I suggest re-downloading another illegal version and running a keygen on that one. If it's legal contact customer support and copy-paste your error. They'll take a look and fix it up for you. EDIT:Tell Chris Cox to shut the hell up about disk corruption and tell you how to fix the damn thing. Bloody weird puzzle s***, can't they make a program that won't fail 5 seconds after you buy it? Contact Adobe Customer Support for assistance. No it's legal.

Guest KAJN
Neil Keller If the problem cannot be fixed by running routine maintenance (Disk Utility to repair permissions and disc, and DiskWarrior to repair directories, et al), you may have to do a system archive and install before you can successfully install software. This assumes that you don't have bigger problems, such as a failing hard drive. Neil :: That might help =/

problematica
It's not the programs. It's Mac itself. This problem is also happening to people I know who use Vista machines. Macs and Vistas can tell when a program is illegal, at least Adobe ones, and gets them to only run for 30 days.
