If the selected card was a Spell or Trap Card, it is Set on the field and cannot be activated it until the end of the turn.

Noir seems a little Op'ed IMO. I think it your opponent should be able to choose the 2 cards to discard to make it a little fair. The rest of them seem kind of well...Silly. The alien one is kind basic and unoriginal, Insectatron's name is just stupid and its effect doesn't remind me of insects or machines. Meerowr just speaks for itself, lol. 7.5/10

Instead of removing cards from the field, he adds them to the field.
