Colossal Fighter Assault hopefully lets you Summon a ton of Warriors once it gets destroyed and probably gains more ATK than before

Im really hoping that its good' date=' it could turn the tide for Warriors

I thought we were all in agreement that Buster's can just be splashed into a deck, and need a dedicated decktype. <_<

You meant "can't", right?

Riight... that's what I meant... <_<

Or maybe I forgot my sarcasm tags... *Continues reading The Prince.*

Edit: I did not forgot my sarcasm tags. I just need moar sleep. D=

' pid='1636749' dateline='1232602533']

Also' date=' this probably moves further away from getting two separate ban lists.

Any possibility that the split with UDE could get us things that are OCG exclusive?

[/quote']

Not a chance. UDE's the one who bargains with Konami to bring us cards that were previously OCG-exclusive.

As a rule of thumb, it's always Konami's fault.

Probably, UDE is going to like try to declare that the cards Konami releases are invalid. While I had hoped that UDE would emerge the victor previously, I can only now hope that UDE has the sense (obviously not business sense, it would only be bad for them to stop ragging on Konami, I mean sense of compassion) to back off. It would devastate the game to have it split like I think is easily foreseeable, with multiple companies producing cards/declaring other cards invalid.

But what Konami is doing is completely against the law (I assume). I don't think UDE would willingly sign a contract to allow for such a huge loophole like this to occur. Since it seems like Konami is going to be a bunch of f***ers and won't give the game back, I hope they at least pay UDE something for breach of contract.

Edit: Wow, I thought it would auto-censor that, like it does for every swear. For the record, it was the four letter f word, followed by the suffix "-er" to turn it into a noun.

As far as I understand, it's actually not illegal. (What they're doing.)

In Europe, there was a ruling that forbid Konami from ending their contract with UDE International. Basically, Konami was forced to keep supplying UDE, etc.

In America, however, the ruling was only that Konami could not prevent UDE from continuing to distribute Yugioh cards. That does not restrict whether or not they have to send cards to UDE to be distributed, or whether or not they can distribute themselves.

The whole breach of contract thing with UDE winning the 70 million was a slightly different issue and is sort of irrelevent now, I think. UDE won the money, and the contract was terminated, or something along those lines.
