OoC:  Wow, Sonic must be VERY zone-savvy. I mean, he's figured out he's in another Metaverse already and even the number. O_o

IC:

His premature experience had left him to learn that things aren't always as they seem. But as a being that appeared to be emanating strong a strong magyk walked into his bar obviously well versed in the random unknown physics of that ominous fifth state of matter dressed in odd attire quite unlike those of this dimension he knew that he was in for a rough night. He already had a drunken Imp drowning himself in mortal liquor in front of him and what with said Imp's temper lately the bartender doubted that his bar would be very messed up by the times of his leaving. Not that it matters, anyway. He has all the proper funding to repair it, what with it being the only Limbo dimension that had it's own proper refreshments.

He looked warily at the conversation between the drunken Imp and Sesshomaru as it eventually lead to the so-called Demon King's insult to the Imp's of the Imp's late comrades. So, of course, the Imp just had to fire a magyk powered firearm from his belt and blasted a hole through his door. The bartender quickly put a mental addition of three more souls to the Imp's bill for wall repairs.

Stepping between the two before any more damage is brought to his bar he calmly stated: "I do not know why two grown demons like you two are squabbling like a bunch of mortal women and I do not care. Take it outside."

Regulus' surprise at the M1 Sonic's statement that he almost tripped and catapulted himself over the edge of the gap. Slowly, he dusted himself off and turned around, staring hard at Sonic.

"Another universe? As in, a universe really beyond this one?" Regulus could already see new doors opening, science, researching, trans-universal travel... but all would have to wait. Now for him to keep his half of the deal, and he responded calmly and curtly.

"My name is Professor Regulus Antikarbat of the Supreme Protectore Order of MetaKnights' Intense Research Division, and this is Project Jaspar Yuuzhan. This ship was bound for Metazone to deposit Project Yuuzhan to assist the locals in the Cthonian invasion. Now we must go." He gestured toward the bridge of debris then to Bowser.

"Can your quadripedal friend jump over this debris? Because it obviously will not be able to hold his weight.

ooc: Greetings Davok. I, while not as skilled as you or the supreme gamemaster (your digimon rp is dying by the way Gamemaster) have decided to try me hand at this rp. I will be Megaman.EXE and him alone, however my charecter is capable of using battle chips (naturally) program advances, beast outs, and double soul/crosses as well as beast crosses. He would have reached Metazone through a link in the internet that Cthonians used to gather data for their experiments, while the link was normally to weak to transfer megaman.exe he was able to use Falzer's and Gregar's data to make the link strong enough to reach metazone 1238 and has been their for three days so far. While it is not very creative I have no idea how else to place him in this metazone.

OoC: So? Who says that whatever character that is (my guess is Gene Starwind) an actual human? You can become flexible with this and un-canonize him. Then he could become your character. :) Anyway, let us cease with the spammy only OoC posts immediately.

This mortal has been changed to an Imp, and yet his mortal form is stronger? A mortal, stronger then a demon? How can this be. If I take away his afflicted demon side he will be of great use to me, but the question is can I really lower myself to working in the presence of that of a mere human! Sesshomaru readied his Tenseiga, and was intending on striking the man. If I use my Tenseiga on him, his human side will die and he will be full demon... Sesshomaru took his hand from Tenseiga. However, if I make a direct hit at the side of his mind that is a demon with Tenseiga, the demon side of him will be resurrected outside of his body and the human side will have only substain minimal damage. His brain should recover to full human, replacing the gap left by the demon side, and all I would have to fix is the bleeding wound...

Sesshomaru placed his hand back on Tenseiga and looked at the imp-man carefully. But which side to strike I wonder... Sesshomaru said as he drew on the Tenseiga slightly. I have made my decision... Sesshomaru slashed quickly at the left side of the imp-man's brain, resurrecting the imp side to the outside of the human. "Die..." Sesshomaru quickly made the same whip of energy as before and killed the imp before he had time to react. "Now to deal with this..." Sesshomaru used the power of the Tenseiga sheath to heal the wound of the human that he had given to him. Now, all there is to do is wait until he awakens... Sesshomaru said standing over the human....

ooc: I kind of stretched Sesshomaru's power a little, but he really doesn't have any powers to deal with that sort of thing. I thought it was well thought out and clever to do it this way...

Guest Supreme Gamesmaster

OoC: You can leave him OP'd for a while; Blaze still has that power-neutralizing gun she used on Sephy/Auron/everyone else.

Oh, and about Sonic's dimensional know-how: He knew exactly where he was going before he started. A transdimensional itinerary, if you will.

IC:

"Meh," Sonic shrugged. "If not, we'll improvise." He dashed across the debris field, which shook unsteadily. Bowser's turn was next: He leaped through the air as far as he could, and then started his Whirling Fortress attack. However, he was still only partway across the debris field. Sonic dashed into him, knocking him back a bit, but allowing him to leap and use his Whirling Fortress again. He landed safely, flexing his claws.

Meanwhile, Blaze was tending to her now barely conscious companions, desperate to at least keep them alive. The commotion nearby, however, indicated that she wouldn't go unnoticed for long. Whispering warnings to her patients, she focused on stopping the bleeding and healing broken bones; she could deal with the burns from impact later.

Regulus let out a quick nod to the Yuuzhan Sonic who quickly did a backflip over the soon crumbling bridge, landing on the quarter part of it. Before it crumbled, he procured a grappling hook, attaching it to one of the rails above him and leaping expertly across. Regulus let out a deep breath and did a great dash across the bridge. The debris, now very unstable, collapsed under the MetaKnight scientist's weight. Seemingly plunging to his death, Regulus' cape underwent a spectacular transformation. Suddenly flexing and ripping apart the cape unfurled into two large bat wings with which Regulus used to fly to safety on the other side. Leaving a brisk shrug to the onlookers, he quickly glided over to a slammed steel door. Beside it was a small console, which Regulus attempted to access.

"Damn it." the MetaKnight cursed as he frantically typed on the small keyboard on the console. "Manual override's locked down. We'll need a Navigator, but I forgot mine on... damn it!"

He cursed as a Cthonian gunship let out a charge that took out a chunk of the hull near him. Cthonian Warriors and Lancers quickly leaped out, charging at the pair. Regulus quickly grabbed a small microphone at the edge of the console and chanted the words: "SOS! SOS! Requesting Net Navigator to Console B1256 for Opening! Repeat! SOS! SOS! Requesting Net Navigator to Console B1256 for Opening!"

•••

The Net about Megaman shuddered as terminals and consoles were wiped from existence by the ruthless Cthonian attack. Crumbled blocks of data fell from the data platforms that were destroyed, falling all around the NetNavi's path. Suddenly a swirl of pixels appeared as several phantom like viruses appeared out of the platform's surface, turning and seeing Megaman. Chattering in a burst of excited pixels, they charged him. Suddenly a voice rang through the For Order and Justice's Net:

"SOS! SOS! Requesting Net Navigator to Console B1256 for Opening! Repeat! SOS! SOS! Requesting Net Navigator to Console B1256 for Opening!"

OoC: Basically, this is like a time attack thing where Regulus' party has to hold off the oncoming Cthonian forces until Megaman can get to the console and open it.

No longer in Cross form, Megaman glared at the viruses in his path. He jumps back his hands each turning to a Cannon, he then brought his hand together as another cannon was forming, fusing the cannons into one cannon that was dark blue in color. Gigacannon fire! With this the cannon fires a shot so powerful it knocks Megaman back and obliterates all the viruses. Megaman then runs to the console.

The human male finally awakens from his unintended slumber. "W-what happened..." The human male looked up to see Sesshomaru and was a little surprised. "What the hell do you want beast..." Sesshomaru smirked at the no nothing human. "Listen to me, I just repelled and killed that little demon half of yours. You should show me some respect..." The human male was happy. "Really? Thanks a lot man!?" Sesshomaru just stared at the human. "Now, I'll be one my way." Sesshomaru turned and started to leave. "I have to find some way to get into space to travel to the Metazone..." Sesshomaru said to himself not intending for the moral to hear. "You know, I have a space ship..." Sesshomaru stopped. It sounds like I can use this human for my plans after all... Sesshomaru thought. "Very well, come along..." The human followed Sesshomaru. "By the way my name is Gene, Gene Starwind." Sesshomaru seemed like he didn't care. "Sesshomaru." He said as he kept walking at his own pace...

The bartender let out a slight smile crease his cracked lips as he stroked his brownish red sideburns thoughtfully, his hazel eyes stuck in deep contemplation as the Demon performed an exorcism on another sub species of the Demon race. Now in the brighter area of the bar the bartender's features showed clearly in the dim light. He had a high oval shaped head with his temple clearly showing below a mat of brownish red hair curling downwards across the edge of his face in long thin sideburns. He had round hazel eyes that twinkled thoughtfully whenever he observed something, and focused on it intently as if seeing an opportunity or an investment in it. He had long chapped lips with surprisingly clean white clean teeth despite his overall unclean demeanor. He had a roundish body with small muscles bristling from his arms like a porcupine with still growing quills. His arms were long and he usually put them at the side of his body. He had long spindly legs that was surprisingly capable of holding up such a large body, and his shoes were pitch black and shone even in the darkness of the bar. He wore a wide white shirt with the collar sticking out at either sides of his neck overlapped with a red vest. Suddenly at an end to his thinking he quickly approached Sesshomaru and Gene Starwind.

"I have a proposition for you." he said.

Megaman began his journey bounding off the platform that held him as he quickly proceeded to attempt to jump from one of the decaying platform to another. But suddenly great swirls of data erupted from Megaman's arms and legs, draining away Megaman's Cross form. Suddenly a mysterious force weakened him, and he began falling quickly downward in a spiral. Many smaller, weaker platforms were below him as he catapulted downward...

Sesshomaru stopped but didn't look at the man, to signify he would listen to the mans request but wouldn't make any promise to take it. Gene turned around, not knowing what Sesshomaru was signifying by not turning to the man. "We'll listen to your request, but we're not making any commitments to take it..." Gene said. Sesshomaru turned around as there was no point in not turning around now that Gene blew Sesshomaru's style out of proportion.

The man's eyebrows moved up and down almost comically as his cracked and dry mouth curled upward into a mocking smile. Slowly, he let out a curt nod and began walking toward the inside of the bar. In the dimness of it his shadow looked almost demonic, his hazel eyes cutting through the darkness of the darkness. As if thinking something over some more as he rubbed his chin, his fingers moving thoroughly through his rough stubble. He then turned around and confidently began advancing one more on Sesshomaru and Gene. Apparently the Demon was attempting to use his body language to describe that he will make no commitments to his deal, which was clearly shattered by the human. The man found this so amusing that he laughed out loud. Finally, he spoke:

"Very good. Very good. I like your attitude. You are obviously the ones for the job I am about to give you." he said, his grin widening as he let out a beam of admiration at the two. "The infamous Demon King Sesshomaru, I presume? An honour, King, an honour. Now I do not wish to indulge your time but this proposition just might be of interest to you."

His rough right arm slowly moved from his side as it rose like a spectre out of a grave as he raised his hand to Sesshomaru and Gene. "I go by many names here, but the one which I prefer I shall give to you. You may call me Dread." the bartender let out a wicked smile as he mentioned his name. "Now." The bartender stood to attention formally as sudden as he had come. "To business. Have you ever heard of Metazone 1238? No? Well, I understand." he interrupted Sesshomaru before he could reply, his mouth a straight line cutting through his face. He turned his back curtly to the Demon as he continued his monologue. "This dimension is covered with catastrophic wars between the noble locals and the evil Cthonian race. Now, there are certain group of individuals with which are not local to that Metaverse and might halt the war between the two races completely. There interference in that dimension will ultimately lead to that dimension's destruction by Cthonian hands." After this he left out a grin and turned back toward Sesshomaru. "My proposal is for you to kill them and stop them from inadvertently destroying that universe. I will pay you fifty million Talents for this, no more no less. Are you in?"

ooc: Sorry, it was like 11pm when I saw your post, but being lazy I decided to watch bleach instead =P

Sesshomaru just stood there watching the bartender waltz around the bar explaining the mission that he wanted to request of them. There was only a few words that interested Sesshomaru, "Have you ever heard of Metazone 1238..." This is my chance to get to the Metazone, the source of power that I desire is in the Metazone. If I accept the this pathetic mortals request then I can get what I want... Gene turned to Sesshomaru and looked at him confusingly because he was just standing there silent. "Hey, I don't know if we can trust this guy or not. Whats to say he's even a real human; He could just be some sort of monster..." Gene pointed out. "Tell me..." Sesshomaru said finally after about ten minutes of silence. "How do you intend for us to get to the Metazone..." Sesshomaru pointed out and waited for a reply...

Megaman falls into several of the platforms and smashes straight through them Ow,Ow,Ow Megaman said in a bored tone, almost as if he was used to getting beaten up... Best not think about that. Using a fan chip he saftley lands on the next platform and uses recovery chips to heal himself.

Dread let out a friendly grin as he heard Sesshomaru accept his offer. Letting out a bow, he took Sesshomaru's hand and took him to an iron steel door. At the side of the door was a metal plate with a hand painted on it. Putting his hand on the painted hand, a hologram shot forth from under it revealing a keyboard like console with numbers on it. Typing in several select numbers, Dread stepped back as the locks sprang upon and the door opened. The door lead to a large, seemingly abandoned aircraft hangar that seemed able to house two cathedrals. And, the only aircraft in it was a small two manned aircraft that hardly even seemed to be able to stand. It's build was shaped curved like a falcon diving in flight, it's two curled up "wings" acting as tiny on board cabins that eventually lead to the two-man triangular cockpit. It probably had some type of silver paint on it decades ago, but it was all rusted away now and replaced with a boring brown colour. On either side of it were yellow semicircles and stripes. It was placed on four ragged old landing wheels that hardly held the ship up. Dread turned and smiled at them. "Meet the Cipher, your one way ticket to Metazone 1238. Also, in case you won't attempt to dishonour my trust, which I'm sure you won't, being a Demon of your word..." he let out a charismatic smile at his last statement. "I have pre-programmed into the ship's system the coordinates of just Metazone 1238. Any attempts at hacking or modifying the coordinates in any way will result in the ship's Warpspace engine to warp into the centre of any nearby White Dwarf. The resulting reaction will be... well, squishy." he laughed. "You may begin your mission now."

Gene and Sesshomaru didn't move but instead thought for a moment. "Tell me something Dread." Gene started to say as the smirk he was wearing almost all conversation dissipated. "Can those coordinates be punched into another kind of ship...say a thousand year old starship..." Gene asked as he looked over to Sesshomaru. "Indeed, this junk looks like it will never fly. Even if it did the weaponry of our enemy will surely destroy it easily..." Sesshomaru said, agreeing with one human while disagreeing with another one, will call that one a tie...

Dread was about to step forward to brag about the engine when suddenly Gene's query struck him. He was stunned for a moment with a blank look on his face, and let out such a booming laugh that it echoed through the entire hangar. Finally he let out one last final guffaw and let out a sigh, looking mockingly into Gene's as he turned around and began walking toward the ship. Finally he spoke, his voice echoing back to Sesshomaru and Gene as he stared at the ship absentmindedly. His fingers trailed over the wings and engine as he spoke.

"Appearances are deceiving, my young fool. One, yes, you can input the coordinates into any ship." he let out a slight cackle as he turned toward Gene. "At your own risk. Every ship created yet does not have nearly advanced a Warpdrive engine to warp to such an isolated dimension. The Cipher is the only ship that you will ever see with such an advanced Warpdrive engine. It also is more than capable to handle any enemy assault."

OoC: Apologies for the short post, not really in a "Decent Post" making mood.

Sesshomaru made the same look on his face as he always had. His look of whatever is best and that he really didn't care. "It can't be helped..." Sesshomaru said as he walked down the stairs to the bottom of the starship. I'm sure my ship could have handled it, but it's all the way over there so I'd rather not... Gene thought, being really lazy of course he'd take the option that was already there. "Lets go I guess Sesshomaru, this guy seems to have to much to ride on to kill us with an exploding ship..." Gene said as he walked over to the opposite side that Sesshomaru did. "How will we know who these guys are when we see um?" Gene asked to dread intently...
