Phantom Roxas
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Neos_Wisemanhttp://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Hyper_Psychic_Blaster/Assault_Mode They both have a hurt/heal effect, only flipped. Neos Wiseman is immune to card effect, so it definitely beat Dark Armed Dragon. Of course, that depends on the Decks in question. Neos Wiseman also gets Spellcaster and LIGHT support. Hyper Psychic Blaster/Assault Mode, like all /Assault Modes, lets you Special Summon the original version, which has more of a drain effect. It's stronger than Dark Armed Dragon ATK-wise, but it can be easily killed by DAD's effect. HPB/AM also gets Psychic and EARTH support. Who wins? EHERO Andrew
Both can be hard to summon, but I would have to say Hyper, bc he's 500 ATK pts stronger than Wiseman..
Flame Dragon
Both are to much of a pain to summon to be worth it. For which is better I'd say Wiseman since the protection effect makes it a bit of a pain to get rid of once it's out.

Phantom Roxas
Let's look at it this way. We could use cards like Neos Alius, Limit Reverse, Doom Shaman, and Chaos-End Master to summon Neos Wiseman, and that's just to name a few. Hyper Psychic Blaster/Assault Mode would require a dedicated Psychic and /Assault Mode Deck just to get this card out, but we could use Mental Protector and Psychic commander to get out Hyper Psychic Blaster. Crab Helmet says that /Assault Modes generally require the Deck to revolve around them though. Also, I expected even Andrew to side with Neos Wiseman for obvious reasons. Of course, it's Andrew, so you have to expect him to side with the wrong one.
CrabHelmet
The Slash-Busters take so much effort to summon that the effect had better be something pretty close to "you win the duel if you have a brain" to make it worthwhile. Deathkaiser Dragon/Buster is basically a walking OTK, and Stardust Dragon/Buster's effect is strong enough to pretty much give control of the duel to its controller - and you'll want to run both anyhow so that you have enough Buster Teleport targets. Hyper Psycho Gunner/Buster's effect is not even close to "you win the duel if you have a brain". It gives no control of the duel to its controller, doing nothing except juggling Life Points. It cannot even OTK - the closest thing it has to an OTK is its combo with Saturn, but since you can't attack the turn you use Saturn's effect, even that fails. And its Summoning Conditions not only make it the most expensive Slash-Buster to summon but also prevent it from even being used to give extra Buster Teleport targets to a Deathkaiser/Buster deck. I suppose if you absolutely insisted on creating a Stardust Dragon/Buster deck based around Psychics, you could throw this in as Buster Teleport food, since your only other real option would be Red Daemon's Dragon/Buster. As for Neos Wiseman, he wasn't good before everyone started running removal that doesn't count as destruction and people gained the option to pull Gigantech Fighter out of nowhere.
