So I am being optimistic.

Xing
Yeah, I never said who I liked more, but I support King. Screw Obama. ragnarok1945
King. He was active for black rights. Q4E. Obama has yet to prove he can make such a change. Dr. King's civil rights movement gained so much ground for all African Americans (even his assasination couldn't stop it, which the KKK had hoped it would)
PrometheusMFD
MLK jr actually changed the nationFrom what I have heard of Obama, he has no idea what the hell he wants to do (campaigning for change, and actually doing something about it requires two totally different levels of effort)
Brendano Harns
MLK.He got me out of school. :q lol, it tok some time before that happened. Obama's inaguration day might be a day off as well. :D Anyways, I think I respect MLK better in the area teaching the masses that all people are equal. He seems to have pledged more effort to it. Obama just made history because he wanted to be president. Don't know if that was his intention. This is slightly off-topic, but it is really funny at my school, because my friend says racist things to our Obama-loving fan friend, who can be a little bit of a hot head sometimes. It is simply hilarious to watch. (We all know that my friend doesn't mean anything he says about Obama, but we call him a sore loser because he wanted McCain to win. He might have won if it weren't for Sarah Palin. I am going to have to disagree with the bolded statement.McCain didn't lose because of Palin. In fact, Palin secured him a lot of the female vote that normally votes democrat. McCain lost because he supported the Bailout Program more than Obama, who is still going to let it pass.Stupid government officials.
