As the time has passed and the night was about to fall Steves and Maiks closing time came along.

 

Steve put away his working materials and cleaned up. Once he was finished he left the room and walked towards the elevator to his discomfort a colleague was already waiting. "Hey Steve finally finished work? Lets go home together." Steve responded "sure lets go Jeffrey." thinking to himself "damn, now I have to wait until tomorrow to get the plans out."

"You look troubled." Said Jeffrey

"Mind your own business." said Steve with a harsh voice, after a short pause he started to laugh. "Na sorry I have just joked its the job that stresses me."

Jeffrey also started to laugh. "Oh well you got me their, but you just make yourself smaller then you already are."

Steve stood with his hands on his hips. "What the hell to you want to say with that?" he said with an angry voice.

Jeffrey tried not to laugh.

"So you are making fun of me right? Lets visit the boss I need to tell him that I caught you sleeping yesterday."

"waah no it was I joke! I hate myself now please don't do that." Jeffrey said

"Ha just remember this moment, strange Maik is not waiting on the exit."

Jeffrey whispered "He left 3 hours ago, the boss said he must contact with someone within the holy empire."

"WHA" Steve screamed but stopped and talked then silently. "What is the meaning of this?"

"How should I know you have just to wait for Maik to come back lets go drink something." Said Jeffrey

"Ok you are right all I can do now is to wait so lets go to the Bar we were last time." Said Steve as both left the house and wander off.

They had a decision.

It had taken a while, with much talking, and back-talking, and disgreements; but they had a decision.

Know it was time to carry it out.

 

The plan was in stages, stage 1 already completed moments ago.

That was the easy step.

Now would come the harder ones...

 

These would need more finesse than before. He couldn't be caught doing it, if he did, all would be over. The game was on, and the stakes were rising.

 

Zejj took the freight lift down to floor 0.

 

"Okay then, turn here."

He was reciting the directions out loud to himself. Even though he led the Atapa, this was the one section of Ultima that he never bothered to learn about. Its use was for the inferiors.

At least that was what he had told himself.

 

"Here it is."

 

He stopped at a door. A nonchanlantly plain and unambiguous door. Nothing conspicuous to draw one's eye to it.

So this was how things were done...

 

Without further ado, he opened the door and stepped inside.

 

Step 2 Begin.

At the next day Steve is already back to work. Standing on a console he looked very tense. He opened a com link to Jeffreys labor. "Hey made can you lend me a hand their are some calculations I need you to check." "Ok send them over I..." was Jeffrey about to say as Steve interrupted him. "No way come over here!" With a shrug Jeffrey left his room heading towards Steve.

Moles were unheard of.

 

But he had found one.

 

Aryn had left the meeting just minutes ago. He had been told to return to his post, but that seemed impossible now.

 

For some strange reason, he wanted to find another one. He loved the rush he got inside from catching the mole, it made him feel like he was actually accomplishing something. He had never felt that before.

 

Thoughts were flitting in and out of his mind, he couldn't focus on anything. His mind was on autopilot as he stumbled through the corridors of Aegis.

 

Wait...

 

Without thinking, he had returned to the room he had caught the mole in, only this time, it was gaurded by soldiers on both sides.

 

*They move fast* he thought to himself.

 

That's when the thought struck him...

 

He knew what he had to do...

"What do you mean a power failure?!?!?!?!?!"

He was sitting in his room in the palace, it was dark.

He was talking over an emergency phone line unconnected to the main power circuit.

Voices were talking to him over the line.

 

"I don't care WHY it happened, just make it go back to normal!!! Do you not understand the importance of this???? Atlas could be watching us!!!! They could have found a weak spot and be infiltrating right now!!!!! So are you going to stay here and give me excuses, or are you going to be a man and FIX IT????"

He could hear the man stammering on the other end.

 

"M-m-m-my l-lord, it-t is just a t-technological failure. It'll b-be up-p and r-running in minutes."

Worthless filth.

 

Reginald Krane hund up the line without a word. He reached his left hand up to his forehead, rubbing it up and down, to soothe his headache from screaming.

"Such insolence."

 

He couldn't understand what the problem was. One second there had been light, and right as he crawled into bed, it turned off.

No warning, no anything, it just died.

 

"Oh, well"

 

He stood up and walked to the door at the end of the room. His feet stepping over the White Marble floor, his toes tracing a path among the gold foil inlay below.

He pulled open the deep mahogany door and stepped out into the antechamber beyond.

 

"Bring me a drink." he said to one of the gaurds posted just beyong the swing of the door.

"Right away sir."

He knew his gaurds had heard his fit, but it didn't matter to him.

 

He sat down in one of the sumptuously pillow laden chairs in the center of the chamber.

It was too late for all of this.

 

"Bring me the Head Technician."

He hadn't bothered to learn his name...

 

The guards ran out of the room, going to fetch the man below.

And Krane waited, waiting for his meeting in the dark.

"Come in"

Zejj hadn't even knocked.

 

He stepped into the dimly lit room beyond the door.

A man sat in a chair at the far end of the room, his back was to the door.

On the wall beyond him stood dozens of computer screens, some spitting out code, some open to messges, some scrolling through sites.

 

The man turned around.

"Who are you?"

 

This was a shocking question, he was the leader of the Atapa, and so the leader of Gaia Ultima and the Earth Colonies. The fact that one of his citizens didn't know him was... unsettling.

"My name is Mantwa Zejj, Grand Maestro of the Atapa."

 

The man had returned to looking at his computer screens.

It was like he didn't care that he was addressing his leader.

 

"So what do you want?"

He said this with a cold, bitingly sarcastic tone.

 

"I was wondering if you would be willing to render a service for me."

 

His eyebrow raised.

He sat there for a moment.

Finally, he stood up.

With a quick movement unbeffiting his seemingly frail frame, he crossed the length of the room to stand in front of Zejj.

 

"My name is Epps, and what kind of service are we talking about?"

 

He was considerably shorter than Zejj, with dark brown hair matted and dirty on his head. His eyes shone with a deep considered wisdom, as if he was always analyzing something.

 

"Epps... I would like you to create a program, a computer program."

 

His eyes glinted slightly.

"A virus?"

 

He nodded.

 

"Let's do business."

 

They both walked over to the wall of computer screens.

 

Step 2 was going as planned...

Maik arrived in Moscow to present the newest technical inventions to the president of Funor Enterprises. A lead Technology contributor.

 

As Maik left the jet a limousine was awaiting him. He entered.

 

"Oh I didn't expect you here." Maik said.

 

A man with a harsh voice answered: "What can you tell me about ADAM?"

 

You could see that Maik was now stressed because of this question.

"Always straight forward, right? It is the future developed by us. The only thing that can grant your dream." Maik said

 

The man said

"I heard that already and you know what I want to know so hurry, and don't worry no one else will hear what you say."

 

Maik looked around in the Limousine and took out a small device. It was a scanner capable to find any monitoring device.

As he was finished with his search he said: "Of cause I want to sell it myself but this cannot be done. However I can offer sub devices."

 

The man answered: "I see so you are useless."

 

"I wouldn't call the key to ADAM useless." Maik said with a smile.

 

"A Key? What are you talking about." The man asked.

 

"This is top-secret even the most Atapa don't know anything about it. However Information about this matter will now cost you a lot." Maik said with a very serious look.

 

"How can I trust you? Why would Atapa sell ADAM without the key?" The man asked

 

"This is all I tell you." Maik answered

 

"Fine we have it your way so can you give us the key?" said the man.

 

"Well, I can make arrangements that you will be able to take the key." As Maik said this the man began to smile.

 

"You are talking about taking it by force?" Asked the man.

 

Maik just nodded

 

"But I still don't know if I can trust you this could be a perfect trap and how can I know that ADAM is really worth this?"

 

Maik laughed. "It is true I want to kill you however ADAM is much more then you can image it will end the war with only one side left standing, if this shall be your side I AM YOUR ONLY HOPE!"

 

The man closed it eyes after some seconds he said.

"You won how do you wish to be payed and how do you want to give us the plans for the attack."

 

"No sorry I won't answer this question now but take this. Place it inside you ear. I will use this device to kill you once it is all finished and you should know that once placed removing it will also kill you." Maik said as he throws a small device towards the man.

 

The man placed the device without any hesitation inside his ear.

He sat in his room.

It was dark, nighttime had started a while ago. The lights were all out.

Balaster Aryn sat on the edge of his bed. His hands clenched into a ball, rubbing back and forth.

 

He had a decision, he knew what he was going to do, but it wasn't easy.

 

A war was raging in his mind, he argued back and forth with himself, giving arguements and counterarguements.

 

"This must be what insanity feels like"

 

He felt tired, he felt so tired from the occurences of the day.

But he couldn't sleep...

 

He couldn't get himself to sleep, he couldn't quiet his mind.

 

It was maddening...

 

So he sat there, he sat with the demons in his mind, unable to quiet them.

 

And he sat, and he sat.

 

And he layed down, sat his head on his pillow, and finally, after what seemed like hours, he slipped into quiet sleep.

"Stop groveling"

A man sat on the floor in front of him, his body bent in supplication, tears creeping out of his eyes.

 

"It was just an electrical failure, the lights are already back on, the problem is fixed."

And this was true. He had called the Head Technician up to his room, but before the Technician had even arrived, the problem was righted.

 

"What kind of technical failure?" asked Krane in a snide tone.

 

"Sometimes things just break."

 

"DONT GIVE ME YOUR EXCUSES!!!!!! YOU FAILED ME!!!! YOU COULDN'T EVEN KEEP THE POWER ON!!!!! I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED BY ATLAS IN THE TIME IT TOOK YOU TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED!!!! ARE YOU WORKING FOR ATLAS!?!?!?!?!?! ARE YOU A SPY!!!!! A COVERT OFFICER!!!!! I SHOULD KILL YOU RIGHT NOW!!!!!"

 

He was a fury. The man couldn't even speak now. He just sobbed uncontrollably into his hands. It was a pitiful sight.

 

"YOU ARE WORTHLESS!!!!!! YOU ARE NOTHING!!!!! YOU ARE THE HORRID, TERRIBLE SCUM OF THE EARTH!!!!! YOU LIVE ONLY BY MY GRACE!!!! YOU LIVE IN MY LAND!!!!! I AM GOD!!!!!!!!!!"

 

The man was curled up.

 

"YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE TO LIE THERE!!!! GET UP!!!!! GET UP!!!!!"

 

The man was immoble.

 

"STAND!!!! GET YOUR FILTHY FACE OFF MY FLOOR!!!!!"

 

Nothing.

 

"DISOBEDIENCE!!!!! DECEIT!!!!! YOU ARE A SPY!!!!! WELL HERE IS HOW WE DEAL WITH SPIES!!!!!"

 

He reached his hand into the holster at his side.

 

"THIS WILL SHOW YOU OUR MERCY!!!!!!"

 

He raised the gun up.

 

"THIS IS GOD'S JUDGMENT!!!!!!"

 

He aimed at the man.

 

"DIE!!!!!!!!!!"

 

It was over, everything went black.

I am considering that once this RP is over, I will make a Fan-Fic using the things the members of this RP have written.

I will add some things and make changes, but I will credit all authors, and will stay true to the original work.

Is everyone okay with me re-posting their work as a Fan-Fic at a later point?

Shortly after Maik arrived within a small alley and left the Limousine, he dropped in a moment nobody watched a small device on the ground. This device cloaked itself. As Maik entered the Building.

 

Not seen by anybody the device activated it second stage and transformed into a small robotic spider. It climped up the walls with a very high speed. Soon it opened a small air shaft and crawled in. Their it activated it third stage and started to construct smaller version of itself.

Jeffrey arrived in Steves Workshop the door closed faster then usual, it nearly hit Jeffrey. Who was confused by this but Steve did not waste any time.

"What do you know why the boss wants to sell ADAM the ultimate weapon?"

 

Jeffrey was shocked and whispered: "What are you doing we are not allowed to speak abo"

 

Steve rudly interrupted Jeffrey: "No one hears this I have hacked the System now speak."

 

"What are you talking about? I don't know an"

 

As Steve interrupted again: "No more lies Jeffrey." Steve pushed a button on one of his consoles. A Battle Android activated itself. The outer form of it looked just like Jeffrey.

 

"What is this nonsense?" Jeffrey who still stood next to the door pushed the button to open it, but nothing happened.

 

"Listen I have no longer side for this fooling around I know you are in Contact with Zejj. I know that you are ordered to keep an eye on me and I have played along. But I can not be silent to this any longer. Why is their a Virus in development and why those Zejj sell ADAM instead of using it himself?"

 

The answer came haltingly. "A Virus? What do you mean?"

 

Steve breathed heavy.

"This is your final warning you will die NOW if you fool around with me any longer!"

 

Jeffrey was now shivering in fear.

"I don't know the Boss didn't told me anything. What ... are you doing? Aren't we friends?"

 

"Yes we are this is why I wanted to give you this chance of survival but you failed. Android Code Leech."

 

The Android ran with 2 giant steps to Jeffrey and graped him on his Head.

"No ... no I don't ... know anything! I ... not lie!"

 

On the second arm their was a long needle. The android prepared to ram it in Jeffreys temple.

 

"Sorry Jeff you force me to probe your mind. I am really sorry that you will die in this progress."

 

The Android forced the needle in Jeffreys head who was shaking like crazy.

 

Pictures from Jeffreys mind were now seen on one of the monitors.

 

10 Minutes later.

 

"Damnit nothing, he wasn't even a Spy. Code disintegration."

 

The android fired a small beam out of his eyes burning Jeffreys lifeless body away.

 

"Code deceive."

 

The androids outer skin changed he looked now exactly like Jeffrey. The Android left the workshop heading towards Jeffreys bureau.

 

As it entered the room he sended a message to Zejj.

 

Their is a Traitor within our organization please contact me personally as soon as possible.

It fit like a glove...

 

Balaster Aryn stood on the roof of Aegis, watching the world below him.

Only he wasn't normal...

 

His face was covered in a shapely angled mask, dreadlocks flowing out of the back, bound in metal rings.

Under the mask he smiled...

 

His body was covered in an armor like suit, tight fitting, but separated into plates for defense.

And then, on his right arm, was the greatest part of the suit...

 

Around his right forearm was a large machine.

It seemed like a hunk of metal, unbreaking in its lines.

And then it moved...

 

The center of the machine began to spin, and then, suddenly, a blade came out of the machine. It glowed a green luminescent glow. Pulsing with energy.

"Perfect"

 

He had found the suit through one of his friends in development. It was called ASUNDER, which stood for Advanced Strike Ultramotive Neurological Destructive Energy Remover.

He knew why they used an acronym.

 

He flicked his wrist back and forth, testing the blade. It was weightless. So was the gauntlet, he couldn't even tell he was wearing anything.

"Don't move!!!!!"

Oh, right...

 

Balaster looked around, soldiers in battle suits ranged around him.

"Turn around slowly!!!!!"

 

He cocked his head a little to the side. The soldiers looked away...

"Perfect"

 

As quick as a flash of lightning, Balaster spun his wrist-blade in a twirling motion, and the next second, the soldier's hands guns were gone.

He had cut them in half, the blade slicing through them like butter.

The soldiers wimpered.

 

"I don't want to kill you, but if you don't leave then I won't hesitate."

Their decision was easy.

With a sharp cry, each of the soldiers turned and ran down the stairwell behind them.

His plan so far had gone perfectly, he had scared the guards, he had become notorious.

Now it was time for step 2.

 

Balaster Aryn sat in the shadows of an auxillary storage room on the 3rd floor of Aegis. The suit still around his body. He could feel the power of it pulsing within him.

 

It's time for an announcement.

 

He ran out of the storage room, he had found by now that he moved fast enough so as to be nearly invisible while wearing the suit. It was great, he knew he wouldn't be noticed.

 

Aryn ran down the hallways, as fast as he possibly could. He charged through doors and hatchways, looking for the room he needed. He had to get somewhere where he could access the Com-Screen controls.

 

Finally he found it, and when the door was opened, he ran inside.

 

"Don't turn around."

There were two men in chairs in the room, both looking straight ahead at the screens above on the wall.

 

"Get away from the screens."

They both stood up without a word, and layed down on the ground. They were scared, he could see it was all working.

 

This was it.

He walked up towards the control panels in front of him, touching a button he heard the screen hum to life.

 

"Attention Aegis..."

 

There it was, his face projected on the screen through the cameras above.

 

"My name is Asunder, the hunter of the Alliance. I cannot be caught, so do not attempt it."

He could feel the power in his voice.

 

"I have placed charges across all of Sector 0, they are controlled solely by me. I will detonate them in exactly 1 hour. Unless my demands are met. If anyone tries to find me, I will activate them."

 

"Here are my demands..."
