Its been 15 Years since Naruto killed Sasuke Uchiha and became the sixth Hokage. The Akatski are all dead, the villages have been at peace for some time. A newly found Hidden Blood Village has been formed as the new threat to the Kage Throwns. Naruto has decided with the help of the Kazekage Gara to take action upon The hidden Blood Village before they finish there plans to kill and take over the kage positions and rule the world. Naruto uses his newly appointed Head of the Anbu Hayate Masaru and the Konaha and Sand black ops to find, do recon, and to kill the members of the Hidden blood village.

1) Winged Warrior - Gives Hayate the ability to fly.

2) Lightning Breath - As the name say's gives Hayate the ability to breath Lightning

3) Fire Style Sword Manipulation jutsu - A transformation of Hayate's sword that allows him to manipulate an opponents jutsu once during a fight. After the use of this jutsu Hayate goes into a state of shock, and becomes unconsious.

4) Lightning Style Sword Drain Jutsu - While weildeing his sword he can drain chakra into his sword in order gain more Lightning style techniques.

5) Lightning Style Wind manipulation Clone: This clone has massive amounts of chakra. Giving the abilities of using wind Manipulation Chakra. The jutsu this clone uses is on a whole different level and is not none to anyone other then Hayate and hayate's brother, because nobody has lived to tell about this jutsu except his brother.

6) Dragon Clone - This jutsu can only be used when Hayate uses his Lightning Breath jutsu and Winged Warrior jutsu at the same time, its almost impossible to do. The clone has all same abilities as Hayate Strength's and weakness' but cannot use the jutsu Fire Style Sword Manipulation Jutsu.

 

Advantages: Keke Genki - Dragonian Eye: This technique is simalar to the sharingan of Sasuke Uchiha. The Eye has the ability to copy Jutsu and to desifer a counter attack to the move. The eye also gives the ability to see 2 minutes into the future, but at the cost of emense amount of chakra. There are 3 levels of the Dragonian Eye, Level 1) has the basic jutsu counter and has the 2 minute future technique. Level 2) Has the basic techniques and an added 1 minute to the future Technique brining it to a 3 minute technique. Also allows the user to use all 5 elemental Manipulation. Level 3) Allows the user to summon a Dragon, which can only use fire style Jutsu. It also allows the user to upgrade to a 5 minute technique for the Future technique.

Exactly like my human form, just with a dark purple aura outlining Miranda's body and she gained fangs, sharp claws, and small three stratches on her cheek as whiskers. (Exactly like Naruto in his Fox form, but this is with a wolf and has dark purple chakra instead of red).

Jutsu:

1) Kunai Shadow Replication: A technique that multiplies a thrown object into many exact replicas of the original. All the kunai that is copied from the original are not just shadow clones, they are the real thing.

2) Fire Element: Phoenix Fire Technique: A technique where the user blows multiple fire balls from her mouth. It can also be combined with throwing weopons, which creates weaopons englufed in flames.

3) Shadow Clone Jutsu: A Jutsus that lets you clone yourself into an exact replica.

4) Metachi Barrage: I punch up my opponent, sending him/her flying into the air, then swiftly I jump higher then my opponent in the air, and punch him/her back down slamming your opponent to the ground.

5) Summoning of The Two Koi Dragons (only able to be used when in real urgent danger): This summoning technique lets me summon the water dragon, Burumi and the lightning dragon, Latios.

6) Chakra Wire: Creates a long strand of chakra, attached to my nuckles, then stretching long and thin like a wip. Using my hand motions wisesly, I could make the chakra wire attack, hold things, defend, like they are another pair of hands that can hold onto things.

7) Summoning of The Ultima Sword: Lets me summon my katana called Ultima.

8 ) Projectile Explosion Jutsu: Once I throw a projectile, I am able to enfluence chakra into the object to make it explode. This jutsu is entirely useful if you throw something at an opponent, then miss. If the opponent is in the range, you could use this jutsu to injure the opponent from the blast.

9) Fire Clone Jutsu: This jutsu clones the user to an exact replica, but the clone is made out of fire. If the clone is hit by hand-to-hand combat, since it is made out of fire, it will burn the opponent.

10) Inhabitation of The Wolf Demond: Changes from my human form, to active another set of chakra gates, to unleashe my wolf demond form. Of course it won't activate unless I'm in an unstable situation,

Advantages: Since Miranda is specialized with fire jutsus, she is very capable of being hit with fire jutsus and not be burned or effected, but water jutsus could really end her stability.

Bio: When Miranda was 8 year old, her parents where killed in a war facing a rival clan to the Metachis. Since her parents' death at such a young age, Miranda became more determined that even though they are gone, they still expect the best from her. From there she started to join Ninja Academy and passed at the age of 11. She specialized in her own created set of jutsus and her useable fire style. When Miranda kept training and remaining friendly towards other ninjas, at the age of 13 she decided to explore the beyonds of the land. She went outside the Leaf Village and found herself walking to a near by river. There she met two koi dragons, who is now her helpful summoning animals, named Burumi and Latios. The two long and slim dragons granted to assist her whenever she may need help. She then learned how to summon them and gained a great chemestry between the two dragons. Together they also made specific combo moves and highlights of their attacks. On the way back to the village, full of joy that she gained a new ability to summon the rare dragons, she encountered two rivaled ninjas. They were part of the clan that killed off Miranda's parents. With furry, Miranda fought them off, avenging her parents and finding something deep inside her that she didn't know before. Sealed inside her was the 9-Tailed Wolf Demond. With rage in her eyes, the chakra of the demond began to flow inside her and then she experienced true power, one that was also hard to control. She ripped the enemies to shreds, and went back to the village, asking for more knowledge about the demond the village was hidding to tell her. Unsatisfied, she got some new information that the demond was sealed inside her at birth and that the Hokage didn't let the village tell her to keep her safe from hating herself. Proud that she will never hate herself, Miranda continued her ninja life at age 15, knowing things she finally realized about herself.

Once frozen, Aisu can shatter his opponent into hundreds of crystal Ice shards

Personality: Aisu is calm, intelligent and is surprisingly polite soft-spoken intellectual, often comforting his subordinates or friends whenever they are down. He rarely shows any sign of alarm or distress and often has entire situations planned out well in advance. Aisu is rarely seen in combat and does not get himself involved in things unless necessary, or becomes bored and in need of a good spar. Aisu is a humorous man when he is surrounded by certain friends or allies. However, when in combat, Aisu usually attempts to avoid it, unless if its necessary, and who will always try to talk his way out of a fight, though he doesn't wish to insult opponents by refusing to fight them.

Bio: Born in Hidden Mist Village inside the prestigious Arashi clan, Aisu gained a reputation as a prodigy in stealth killing even before becoming chuunin. Because of his abilities, Aisu and the Arashi clan members were known as extraordinary Ice manipulators through combining Wind with Water, and through connections, Aisu took up position in the Swordsmen of the Mist. A fact not known to many people outside the Hidden Leaf Village is that he was trained by one of the most dangerous Missing-Nins in the world, Kuromaru Nowaki for several years. It was thanks to Kuromaru Nowaki did Aisu learn to harness his Ice techniques. Exceeding all expectations he became chuunin at age 11, and was took as an apprentice to a former Mist swordsman Kuromaru Nowaki, who soon deflected the Hidden Leaf Village to become the most dangerous Missing-Nin. As a gifted killer and exceptional shinobi for his age with the title of Jounin and future Elite shinobi of the Mist, Aisu decided to live with his uncle in the Hidden Leaf Village.

Shōsen Jutsu (Mystical Palm Technique)

Type: A Rank, Supplementary, Close Range (0m-5m)

mystical Palm Technique is a multipurpose technique that can heal wounds and perform surgery. To heal with the ability, users collect chakra to their hand to speed up cell regeneration wherever it is applied. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary, though because the blade is made of chakra the flesh is never cut. This aspect of the ability can be used in combat, though it requires great precision to be effective. When utilized in combat it allows the user to sever their opponent's muscle fibers or their chakra circulatory system at the point of contact.

Type: B-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)

Using his chakra to extend the blade of his Katana, the User attacks his opponent. The chakra can inflict injury even if the blade does not hit its target.

 

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Type: E-rank, Supplementary

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

 

Silent Homicide Technique

Type: Unknown

This technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away.

 

Genjutsu Kai (Genjutsu Cancel)

Type: B-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)

With the Genjutsu Cancel technique, the user is able to block the chakra flow in their body, which cancels the effects of genjutsu, even before falling to its trap. The user can also release a victim of the genjutsu by preforming needed hand seals and tapping the victim.

 

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Type: E-rank, Supplementary

This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form.

 

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Type: E-rank, Supplementary

This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something.

 

Jibaku Fuda: Kassei (Exploding Tag: Activate)

Type: Unknown

Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag.

 

Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)

Type: E-rank, Supplementary

A basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.

 

Kasumi Jusha no Jutsu (Mist Servant Technique)

Type: D-rank, Supplementary

This genjutsu creates clones that phase in and out of the ground as if they were made of a blackish, oil-like liquid. When attacked, the clones regenerate themselves. The clones can be controlled to make it seem as if they're throwing kunai. The user can then time their attacks with those of the clones.

 

Kori Shinchū no Jutsu (Sly Mind Affect Technique)

Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Mid to long-range (5+m)

This jutsu causes the enemy to walk around in circles for hours by making it seem as if they're walking straight to their desired destination. The enemy eventually becomes exhausted after traveling the same path over and over.

 

Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique)

Type: C-rank, Supplementary, All ranges

This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area.

 

Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique)

Type: Unknown

This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place. The second surronding can be controled by moving chakra in your hands.

 

Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)

Type: D-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)

This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.

 

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Type: D-rank, Supplementary

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short-long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

 

Aisu’s unnamed Rain Technique

Type: A-rank, Supplementary, Range 0-50m+

Using his water manipulation skills Aisu can create a downpour around a wide area. He can use this rain to estimate a persons skill and chakra level, and use it as a radar against multiple enemies

 

Suirō no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)

This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it.

 

Suikoudan no Jutsu - Water Shark Projectile Technique

Type: B-rank, offense, Range 0-10m

Suiton Suikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target.

 

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)

Type: C-rank, Supplementary

The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to preform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

 

Futon: Hanachiri Mai (Wind Release: Falling Petal Dance)

Type: B-rank, Offensive, Long range (10m+)

This jutsu allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the jutsu, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can control the direction and power of the technique to the max as a last resort.

 

Futon: Suiran Reppu (Wind Release: Verdant Mountain's Violent Wind)

Type: B-rank, Offensive, Mid range (5-10m)

By using wind-based chakra, the user can infuse his/her chakra with bladed weapons from a distance and manipulate them.

 

Futon: Kamikaze (Wind Release: Hair Wind)

Type: Unknown rank, Offensive, Short to mid range (0-10m)

After forming the needed hand signs, the user will unleash a blast of spinning wind from his/her hands and hurl it towards her/his opponent.

 

Futon: Reppusho (Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm)

Type: Unknown, Offensive, Long range (0-10m+)

A simple technique that sends a gust of concentrated wind at the opponent. When used with a weapon such as a shuriken the weapon can become fatal. Also if the technique is combined with another elemental Ninjutsu such as fire, it becomes deadly.

 

Hyouton: Haryu Moko - Ice Release: Piercing Dragon Fierce Tiger

Type: B-rank, Offensive, Mid-range (5-10m)

The user creates a large Dragon shaped Tiger out of nearby ice. Due to being so cold, it can freeze nearby water around it while attacking its target. It's basically just an Ice version of the jutsu Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu.

 

Hyourou no Jutsu - Ice Prison Technique

Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Defensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)

The user creates a series of ice crystals which home in on the opponent and trap him in ice. Unlike Suiro no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique, no further action seems to be required to maintain the prison once the victim is caught). This jutsu may also be used defensively, as a wall of ice.

 

Icy Fists

Type: D-rank, Offense

By concentrating his ice element into his hand and fingers he uses Taijutsu to get close to the opponent and freeze their joints, by freezing the natural liquid lubrication that the body uses to move the joints smoothly. By freezing the join the opponent can no longer move that joint until the opponents body heat is able to melt it. He must come in direct contact with the joint in order to freeze it.

 

Ice Implosion

Type: A-rank, Offense

If the opponent is caught in any of Aisu’s Ice trapping techniques, Aisu can make the ice implode on itself shaping it into a perfect sphere crushing the opponents in it before explodes sending ice shards flying everywhere.

 

Ice Release: Swallow Attack

Type: Unknown, Offensive, Short Range (0-5 m)

This jutsu allows the user to create a swarm of swallows made out of ice. The user can then control the swallows after they're created. however, this jutsu is very weak against fire techniques.

 

Ice Release: One Horned Whale

Type: Unknown, Offensive, All Ranges

This jutsu allows the user to create a humongous whale, the size of a small island, out of ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice in order to use this technique. This jutsu is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponents movements, because of its size.

 

Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard

Type: Unknown, Offensive, Long Range (0-10 m)

Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Aisu will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn, when it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.

 

Ice Release: Soaring Chinese Dragon

Type: A-rank, Offense, Supplementary

Ice Release: Soaring Chinese Dragon is a unique technique utilized by Aisu. by utilizing his Ice chakra and channeling it through his blade, his slashes create an immense amount of Ice which overflows from the tip of the blade, creating a flow of ice shaped like a Chinese dragon. The dragon flies at opponents and instantly freezes anything it touches.
