Photoshop is a web. Not a linear program. You need to be more specific than that. People can start off with blur, and not know what brushes are.

I know how to make brushes and patterns, how to add fonts, liquify, blur, and manipulate layers(Multiply and Color Burn type of stuff). Those are the basic things I know.
