i have a little problem sometimes i get this

I get that problem too. I wouldn't know how to stop it from happening, but I might have a theory to prevent it from popping up.......a theory which is still a work in progress.

There have been far too many threads about this. the ONLY thing you can do is what it suggests, which is to wait, and then press the back button. Do NOT sit there and just keep hitting refresh, as all that'll do is use up more of your precious quota.

Yeah, just like, go get a drink or something, come back, press 'back' and it should have fixed itself.

 

I suggest not using too many windows/tabs whilst browsing - 2 or 3 at the most.
