what do i do to work to become a mod (mods answer only)

please all moderators tell me how to become a mod. how to work for it. how to help out here. i want to make a difference here. some offensive or rule breaking threads mods don't know about and players like to much to report. so please tell me how to work for it.

be active and don't spam,asking for a moderator position will just decrease your chances of getting it.

once in a while,there will be a mod application thread where people apply to be a mod and Falling Pizza and YCMaker decides who will be the next mod

sure i am not a mod but mods aren't the only people to give you answers

yeah, and you should have at least 4 stars before you apply to be a mod. anyway i dont think there looking fore mods right now

You need to have perfect contrrol over all your threads, contribute a TON to YCM or whatever forum, and other stuff like that.
