Golden Sun Series (PLEASE REPLY I'm cold on some nights and need companionship)

I still remember the final few turns of my first victory against the Fusion Dragon.

 

Garet had a Water Djinn for some reason, which he used. He faints later that turn. Mia casts Glacier: my last hope, as she would get killed the turn afterwards. At first, nothing happens. Fusion Dragon takes damage. Then, I press A. Fusion Dragon starts to flash rainbowily, and turns to dust.

 

Saturos and Menardi proceeds to falling down the lighthouse. EPIC.

The four Plateau things (Fire, Aqua, Wind, and Gaia rocks) were kind of dumb and pointless (especially Fire Rock) and only gave an excuse to put in another boss and more Psynergy

I don't know, I quite like the big puzzles in there. Sides I've got a team of eight now so it'll be fun to try out my extra four characters.

The four extra characters (the original team) are the better ones, especially if you transfered data

Well currently Felix and the others are about 7 levels ahead of the Garret and the rest of the glee club so I can't verify that statement. Also apparently I'm supposed to use the Psynergy, Force on some tree stump but none of them seem to have it, do I need some sort of Dijjin cobination to get it?

No, you can only get Force (and a quarter of the total Djinni) if you transfer data from the first Golden Sun game, or restart and use some passwords from the internet to get Isaac and his crew more the psynergy, djinni, and levels

Oh, Force. I remember getting through Mogall Forest without getting Force first on my first run. Was a lot of fun when I got to the mine in that flooded town and Garet banged the sign so that the rock fell. :D

 

Gaia Rock was the best, for actually it's own subplot.

That one was OK, but Fire Rock was useless. You only use the psynergy from there once or twice, and the cannon is only used once (unlike the wings which I use constantly)!

What classes should I have the other four as, is it a good idea to give them the class changing things? Also can I not update to get extra stuff for them though?

If I recall correctly, there's some sort of Ninja / Samurai class for Isaac / Garet / Felix that was pretty good.

Ooh that sounds pretty good. Oh yeah just forged that dark matter and got that funky lookin' sword, I didn't save with it cos I wanted to see what other stuff the Dark Matter could make but it shot up from 428 to 534, in my books that counts as a good weapon.

It's also Cursed, so you need the Cleric's Ring to use it. Which is obtainable in the first game. ^^

Well I can use cursed stuff but every now and then the guy holding it can't do anything. I gave Sheba the Demonic Staff for a while and that's what happend to her.

Yeah, cursed stuff does that.

You can only transfer data or use a password before getting Isaac and his crew. But since you are already past that point, you can't do anything (although the game is still kind of fun even without force and all the djinn, you cannot beat 100% of it)

I think I might start over, I know what to do know so I wont get stuck and I can typr in one of those codes from the inernet. There's on on IGN that looks pretty good, gonna take me ages to copy it though.

Just make sure you get codes with the bonus subplots completed. It gives you free Orichalcos. Or whatever they're called, the god-powered forging material.

Anybody played Golden Sun? I'm playing Golden Sun: The Lost Age at the moment and it's soooo difficult. Beating the monsters is easy but the puzzles are really hard and I'm getting stuck every 5 minutes. It's a great game but it really bugs me sometimes.
