This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 2 FIRE monsters you control and discard 1 card from your hand. When this card is Summoned, destroy 1 card your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can send 1 FIRE monster in your Deck to the Graveyard. Place 1 Infernal Counter on this card for each FIRE monster in your Graveyard (max. 7). If your opponent activates a Spell Card, you can remove 2 Infernal Counters from this card to negate the effect. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by Tributing 3 Winged-Beast-Type monsters you control. Once per turn you can reduce 1 of your opponent's monsters ATK & DEF to 0. If you use this effect, this card cannot declare an attack this turn. As long as this card remains face-up on your field, all Spell & Trap cards cannot be activated the turn they are Set. Also Negate the activation of all Spell and Traps until the next Standby Phase of each players turn. For PKEV :P I won't tell you what Pokemon this is for but the Second effect was supposed to replicate a Arctic Blast. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributnig 1 face-up "Veemon" equipped with "Digi-Egg of Courage". If this card is destroyed by battle with a WATER monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of this card. When this card is Special Summoned, select and activate 1 of the following effects:- Destroy 2 Spell or Trap Cards on the field.- This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase.- Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 300 for each FIRE monster in your hand and Graveyard. ^Is there anything wrong with that?
