42.42.564 Posted February 9, 2009 Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 @kaden: i did rate ur card, post 561.@primal: i think the card is doing the opposite things. one tries to protect/counter while the other is trying to get the psychic-type monster killed. but becoz of the cost of the first part in ur effect, the last effect would become the mainstream. that somehow makes ur first effect like an attachment effect (like giving an additional option, in this case not a bad one since this effect can be stack up, but not likely it is gonna be activated) and not necessarily a good one as well. this effect could put u in a very tough spot by lowering ur life point, although u can kill ur opponent's monster by countering or to stall if ur opponent sees the likelihood that ure gonna activate this effect again when he attacks u. what i like from this part is that u can play mind game with ur opponent Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Monkey Posted February 10, 2009 Report Share Posted February 10, 2009 Null: What I was trying to do with the card is make a card that can stall for a little bit to allow you to bring out a Tuner. Then with the 2nd effect, you can Tribute Summon and tribute 1 Psychic-Type monster to downgrade the non-Tuner you just Tribute Summoned. Thus making Synchro material right there. This Card can only be activated when 2 or more monsters with "Elf" or "Elven" in thier name are sent from your field to the Graveyard. Remove from play all monsters you control and Special Summon to your field up to 3 monsters with "Elf" or "Elven" in thier name from your Graveyard and Increase the ATK, of all monsters Special Summoned by this cards effect, by 500 points. We discuss YGO, cardmaking, cards, TCG, and blah blah blah.... we dont descriminate.You can Tribute Summon this card with 1 Tribute. If you do, the ATK of this card is treated as 1600. When this card is Summoned successfully, you can select 3 Spell Cards you have removed from play and add them to your Deck face-up. These are the only cards in your Deck that can be face-up. Each time you draw a face-up Spell Card, your opponent skips their next Draw Phase. If you have drawn all 3 of these cards, this card is destroyed. General opinons? When a Psychic-Type monster is selected as an attack target, you can pay 700 Life Points to increase the ATK of all Psychic-Type monsters on the field by 400 until the end of the Battle Phase.
