On topic: What I'm going for is the first deck type herehttp://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Monarch_Control_Deck they already gave you the list of cards needed, but you can always use other cards with close to the same effects to show that it was made by you and not someone else. also, I have no idea on how a total monarch deck works since they all basically have effects/stats(ATK and DEF) that would kill each other if played wrong.
