Guest Star
Everyone seems to forget that a card like Spell Economics makes any Life Point cost this card could have no problem at all. In a Deck built around Brionac and Arms Hole, this card could prove to be far more devastating than Monster Reborn or Premature Burial. As I said earlier, there is no Life Point cost that could make this card balanced.

AuraMaster
how about you change it to a continuous spell with no cost. call of the haunted is banned because its a trap useable during your opponents turn.
Guest Star
how about you change it to a continuous spell with no cost. call of the haunted is banned because its a trap useable during your opponents turn. A Continuous Spell makes it worse. Since it's an Equip Card, you have to worry about it being destroyed if, say, the monster you brought back is removed from the field in a way that doesn't destroy it. That wouldn't be the case with a Continuous Spell Card version, so that would make it even easier to re-use the card with Giant Trunade, Brionac, and Arms Hole. K.B. strategist
Remove from play 3 "Arms Hole" from your Deck and discard 1 card from your hand. Select 1 monster from your Graveyard, Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position, and equip it with this card. When this card is removed from the field, destroy the equipped monster. ...?
