Well Rafael made no illegal moves in the whole duel Neither did Pegasus or Kaiba when you look at gameplay. The IRL equivalent to Pegasus's mind-reading powers would just be really good playing, and the IRL equivalent to Kaiba's threat to commit suicide would just be idiotically not declaring an attack, so neither duel was unfair.
