War: EX vs Parasites [PG-13 Violence, Strong Language, Started, PM new enterys]

[align=center] How it Started: It happened only a year ago, but its worse than ever before. Parasites. Where they originated from no one knows. These Parasites have infected people of a city known as Alsandra, located far in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

 

The city is home to 30 million people and already 15,000 have been taken over by these Parasites, turning into bone like creatures with protruding spines and bones. Special task force, the EX (Exterminators). Equipped with billion dollar weapons and tech the EX can effectively fight off the ever growing number of Parasites while trying to locate the origin of these creatures and find a cure.

 

Unknown to the public, if the EX doesnt soon find a way to stop the infection... EX will level the entire city with a deadly bomb. Will you fight as an EX soldier or be a leader of the Parasites? Time is soon running out! Lives are on the line. The battle for Alsandra will be closing soon and either the EX wins or the Parasites, but the third win will eliminate both forces. Are you ready?

Name: Devon Maxter

Code Name: Hell Shot

Weapons (Max 5): Electro Gloves, High energy laser hand gun, Hyper energy shield, Ice Grenades, Saber Energy Blade.

Appearance: Black Kevlar armor dipped in a metallic aloid. The armor is made into multiple pieces to allow flexibility but much stronger. Maxter wears a special helmet that includes a built in bluetooth phone, GPS, and Infrared senors. The armor can withstand intense heat and most explosions.

Bio: Devon Maxter was fresh out of college and ready to begin life as a Graphic Designer for a local game company in Alsandra. Thats when things started to happen, then one thing led to the next. Devon found himself signing up to become a soldier for the EX. After 4 months of fighting the Parasites Devon was leader of his own special team. As of now he is recruiting his teammates back at EX HQ which is located 40 miles of the city.

Appearance: A tall man of six feet five, a strong man even for his age. For this mission he is waring the Mark 5 HEV suit. A powered armor black and orange suite that has the lambada symbol in the middle. (the suit looks like the one from Half-life.)[spoiler=image]

 

 

Bio: A scientist from Black Mesa Sci Corps,Texas. Not much is known about him except that the U.S. army drafted him and a few other scientists from across the Union. He is here as a Scientist and a soldier.

Original Name before being infected: N/a.

Powers: Iron-like teeth, incredibly strong armor, strong muscles and claws, able to shoot acid which can kill and spread the infection fast.

Appearance:

Bio: Originally an abandoned dog, Ttlarax was 'turned' into an infection by a mutated insect that attacked him and spread it into his veins. He now runs wild during war, due to his strong abilities he can 'tank' his way into the EX without much fear of death.

Original Name before being infected: Professor Carl Lazslos

Powers: Telekinetic, can control a group of a dozen normal Parasites, has the ability to control minds at a lesser extent, supernatural strength and intelligence.

Appearance: @nachtwulf *imagine him standing up instead*

Bio: Overmind was originally just like any other of the infectious Parasites that attacked and infected most of the people of Alsandra. But... him and two other Parasites managed to infiltrate the high security institution of Alsandra Labs. Overmind found and infected Professor Carl Lazslos who was working on radioactive materials at the time and sparked a radioactive breach. The radiation seeped through Overmind and the human while the Parasite was infecting him and combined with the intelligence of the infected human and the seeping radiation in his brain Overmind became sentient. Now Overmind has plans to take control of all the Parasites and use them to take control of continents, and finally infect the whole world.

[spoiler=Weapons (Max 5):]

[spoiler=-Dark Energy Gloves:] A pair of gloves that can alter the ion particels surronding the holder of the cloves, they can make them into Dark Energy, usable for attack, aswell as to defend themselves against attack. These gloves can generate a Dark Shield about the size of the human body, but it sometimes depends on the location the gloves are being used. The attack side of the gloves can create small blasts of Dark Energy. The gloves power can make a person Fatigue very quickly or very slowly, depending on their energy, stamina, and endurance.

 

[spoiler=-Noah II:] A blade that can cut through almost any material, and almost any amount of the material aswell, but these blades also have a power called, "Gigalomanix", a power which can create a persons delusions from hitting the "Dead Spot" , with certain particles, distracting the enemy for a period of time.

 

[spoiler=-Ion Particle Suit:] This suit is can alter the the Ions in the air, to reduce the damage the would be normally applied, but the cost is Fatigue when used more than 5 times in a row. The shock of the attacks are still produced, making the person aware of the attack more clearly of their strength, because only the damage would still be reduced, not the enemy's strenghth.

 

[spoiler=-Gladior's Skull:] A skull that hangs around Rokujo's neck, this necklace can send Electormagnetic Waves to non-parasite infected lifeforms to confuse them, or to create a simple illusion in their minds to discract them. This cost can causes Fatigue when used too often.

 

[spoiler=-Vampiric Gun:] Don't be fooled by the name, this weapon doesn't have anything to do with Vampires, it's just a name. This gun can instantly kill a Parasite without fail, but because of this, this gun can wear the user easily, because it sends electormagnetic waves from the handle to the brain, causing weariness and Fatigue to the user.

[spoiler=Bio:] Rokujo has been at Tokyo-U since he was 13, but stayed there to learn more and to teach some of the other University students who had trouble. When he was 18, he needed to leave the university, which later, he recently discovered the Parasite Attack in Alsandra. When Rokujo heard about the incident, he was forced to use the knowlegde he learned, and put it to major good use, for not only Alsandra, but also for the world at stake. When Rokujo became an EX, he went to get certain belongings that noody would use, like a Traditional Japanese Armor from the old times, and make it more modernized, making it an Ion Particle Suit. He then altered the sword, Noah II, so that it can create delusions, and be an attacking weapon, which the Gladior Skull his Grandmother gave him, will be creating illusions. He then created a pair of gloves that would be most useful for the War, Dark Energy Gloves, which he can make small blasts, and a shield, so that he can be prepared for both Long Range and Short Range attacks and defences.

Code Name: The Incarnation

Weapons (Max 5): Viktor, Novus Automatic Flechette Rifle

Appearance: Right here. However, she's rarely seen outside of Viktor.

Bio: Mirabel was cloned from the genetic material of a young Psion woman by the Novus. She has died and been re-cloned multiple times, but the genetic store the Novus keep is running out. She therefore has her own sentient exoskeleton, Viktor, to help keep her safe. However, Viktor's power combined with Mirabel's headstrong cunning had the fortunate side effect of creating a supremely powerful super-soldier.

 

Though Kamal Re'x the Abductor has fallen, it has been revealed that the Parasites were a Hierarchy remnant, left to give the planet over to Re'x's superiors. Mirabel, Viktor, and a group of elite Novus units have set out to annihilate the Parasite threat, no matter the cost. Mirabel's sympathy for humanity, however, extends far enough that she'll go a bit out of her way to ensure that no civilians are caught in the crossfire. But not that far.

Location: EX HQ Sub-basement 5

 

Devon makes his way through the cold concrete walls of the base, looking for his weapons in sub-basement 5. He rummages through crates and boxes in a near by corner putting everything he needs into a backpack. *Need a few ice grenades, but where'd I put em'?* Devon was finishing gathering his stuff... ~Hell Shot we need you up top asap is that understood.~ Devon stopped what he was doing and responded through his ear piece. ~Alright I be there a few.~ Devon zipped up the backpack and threw it over his shoulder. *I need to finish rounding up a crew... we head for Alsandra in 2 days. Those monster are waiting, feeding off innocent civilians.* Devon entered the elevator, pressing the button to the top floor.

On the Horizon of the City the sun starts to rise and in its glare the light ravels ten Black Hawk Gunships coming in on the city.

[Enrise]

Rokujo was already at the War scene, fighting brutatly against the parasites, using fast and quick refelxes that were nessecary to survive any strike the enemy may have. Rokujo was going to go such extremes to kep himself alive, and other cilivians aswell.

 

"Sigh, sometimes, I wish that they would lock these creatures in a Jail, full of the toughest and most dangerous criminals in the world, that way, the Parasites get there food, and we get rid of those damn bast***s." Rokujo exclaimed while striking some parasites with his Noah II.

 

When Rokujo was attack from behind, he quickly activated his suit so that the damage would reduce, and so that he can respond quickly, but using his Dark Energy Gloves to create a small orb that quickly shot at the attacking parasite.

on the outskirts of the main city the black hawks lands and all of the men got out.

A man walks up to Atlas.

"So your the man from Black Mesa right?" the man shouted as the choppers lifted off.

Atlas saw who he was, it was Colonel Williams the man in charge of this operation.

"Yes why?"

"Good well get you girded up with the MK5 lets go!"

the two men walk off to the base camp.

Blood seeped down the side of Ttlarax's cheek as he licked the remains of meat from the human corpse he had been feasting on, prepared for him by the master chef's of his living compound, the insect-like creatures called Ltarx. Ltarx had pincer-like claws, which made it easy for them to chop, prepare, and make fresh food at a quick pace, which suited Ttlarax's feasting appetite perfectly. Basically, the Ltarx were the only race in the entire universe that could prepare a meal faster than Ttlarax's two heads could eat.

 

Stiffling on the final piece of bone, he licked it dry and spat it into the corner of his room, as a siren sounded and war commands began to speak out in a language that was known only to the Parasitic. A single vibration occurred in Ttlarax's 'den', as a giant gear set into the right wall of the room began to turn, powering an iron metal bar to shoot upwards to open the gate before him. The gear clanged loudly as it did so, annoying Ttlarax heavily, and he attempted to smash through the field blocking him from the gear. It didn't work out, and he sat back as the door opened.

 

"Go Ttlarax. Kill." A voice from somewhere hissed - Ttlarax knew the command well enough. He leapt out the door, war in his mind.

[Davok]

Five advanced EX soldiers were seeking cover from a group of Kralx type parasites that were advancing upon them, their hole like mouths spewing an acid like chemical that was melting the cars that the team were using for cover. One of the soldiers got out his machine gun and lept from his cover, spewing bullets like rain at the enemy opposition. One of the parasites was quite literally torn to bits, the bullets piercing it's elastic like sinews that connected it's body parts. The soldier was soon engulfed in a torrent of acid, burning his skin clean off. One of the other soldiers cried out in dismay.

 

"Sergeant Jeffers!" enraged at the death of their beloved sergeant the four soldiers sprang up out of the cars firing ripped out turrets, machine guns. rifles, shotguns, any weapon they could find. The Kralx were about to reply with a heavy barrage of acid when suddenly they paused for a moment, and scampered off in the other direction.

 

The soldiers cheered, certain they had won the day when suddenly they turned and saw a dog like bipedal walk calmly towards them. It looked just like a parasite, but not like any they had classified. The men pointed their guns straight at the opponent's head, but the parasite strangely didn't attack. He just walked toward them, and one of the soldiers cocked his shotgun. Quick as a flash, the parasite's eyes focused on the soldier's eyes. Suddenly, the soldier swung his shotgun at two of his teammates and fired, the blast ripping through both of them. The remaining soldier stared dumbfound at his partner.

 

"Jick, you killed them! You killed Bill and Marty!"

 

The one called Jick stared in a daze at his shotgun, and they both turned to the parasite. It looked as if it was smiling. Quicker than any normal being the parasite known as Overmind procured from his stomach two coil like creatures and rammed them down their throats, infecting them.

 

Overmind smiled. "Noooow.... Phasssssse One issssss complete..." the parasite rasped.

[Snitch]

Ttlarax roared behind Overmind, leaping over him with both grace and intimidation, an odd combination. The two soldiers looked shocked, and Ttlarax enjoyed their fear. He could smell it, see it, hear it...he could taste it. He sprang on both, claws extended, slicing both in a quick fashion that the screams lasted for no more than a second. Once the damage was done, he tucked down for a quick snack, before walking backwards to his head, Overmind. Aware of his abilities, Ttlarax shielded his mind from entry. Both heads stared up to the feline-like creature, and both heads howled.

Overmind was neither taken aback or not intimidated by the creature. It's recent show of cannibalism was interesting at best, but still the sentient parasite was undaunted. Staring in the eye of the beast, Overmind did not attempt to mind control it. It let out a slight sneer on it's dog like face and turned it's back to it. This minor inconvenience on the creature's part was just that... a minor inconvenience. Those soldiers were probably not that up on the proverbial ladder anyway.

 

While walking away from the beast, Overmind turned, bearing snarl.

 

"Do not get in my way again, beasssssssssst. It will prooove mossssst unfortunate for you."

After discussion about a team, Maxter was sent to Alsandra to help others who have already engaged in the War. Now flying in a special air craft dubbed the "Sky Beast" Maxter prepares to enter the war zone. *Everything seems ready, I'm at a good altitude.... alright here I go!" Hell Shot was released from the Sky Beast and landed to the ground, but unknown to him several dozen Parasites were about to strike.

 

"HOLY SH*T!" The Parasites came fast, showing no mercy as they slashed at Hell Shot with their razor sharp, blood stained claws. ~Hello? Anyone out there I need backup! Parasites are attacking and there and to many of them to take on a once.~ Shot sent out his emergency call to all near by EX soldiers hoping to be assisted. "DIE YOU DAMN FU*K3R$!!!" Hell Shot threw 3 ice grenades into a large group of Parasites, freezing them in a block of ice after exploding.

 

Hell Shot ran in swiftly, avoiding lethal attacks from the Parasites. "Lets see if you can take this." Shot took out his saber blade and slashed through the group of frozen Parasites. Hell Shot turned around and held his blade out towards the Parasites, warning them to back off. Even though it seemed Hell Shot had an advantage, there were 10 more Parasites that entered the battle. "Son of a jabroni! More of these things? I need backup of I gonna be mutilated by these creatures." Hell Shot was left with no choice but to fight...

Rokujo was in a group of Parasites when 3 Ice Grenades were thrown down at him. He ducked and yelled in his earpeice, "Oi! Watch where you're thowring those damn things! "

 

Rokujo then sliced and diced a couple of more Parasites that were charging for him in a head on collision.

Gale was outside a bas camp on guard duty. It was really boring guarding the camp. He got up and saw a parasite show up in front if the camp. It didnt notice Gale. "what the hell is that thing?" he said which caught the parasite's attention. "Oh crap!" he took out his magnum and shot it in the leg. It limped forward. Gale shot it in the head, killing it. "Well better safe than sorry." he shot it again. He then saw more parasites showing up. he took out his beam sword and started cutting them one by one. "These things are hard to cut through." he said as he kept slashing through them.

[Freeman The Master]

On the Radio the American EX camp hired the distress call.

"This is Colonel Williams we acknowledge we are sending out a group force."

As the confirmation was sent Atlas walks up.

"Well Well Donat this is you lucky day good luck" Colonel salted him and sent him off.
