Let's see you drum to Dream Theater, let's see you drum to Symphony X, let's see you drum to Circus Maximus! Grave Lot Rock is a n00bish song to drum to. I learned it all in 2 minutes. It is easy as crap for me to memorize and play. Infact, let's see you drum to TOOL. Go ahead, play their song Vicarious. I'm sure you won't last the first drum measure. Cuz that song took me 5 whole monthes to memorize. But that's not the best of it. I learned This Dying Soul by Dream Theater in 7 monthes. Memorizing and Playing. (IN TEMPO!) Yeah, I get angry when you people try to label yourself as better than the people who actually make the songs your playing along to.

That's tempo' date=' speed doesn't mean your the best. You have to be able to drum for long periods of time, drum at a consistant tempo for l.p.o.t., drum [i']fast[/i], and be able to write music for percussion. Most drummers can play the drum rolls from greenday's songs with their eyes closed. Really pop punk is not the place for skilled drummers
