Unfortunately, they managed to survive, and both attacked. Ganondorf rolled between them and used the Wizard's Foot, further damaging the assailants. Mightyena got up and attacked again; Ganondorf quickly extinguished it with his Flame Choke. However, the Houndoom was still present, and charging up a Fire Blast. It loosed it at Ganondorf, who was hit hard and slammed into the ziggurat. Houndoom charged up with a Crunch at the ready... ...but two Darknuts charged from the depths of the temple and swiped at the Houndoom, knocking it out. "Good timing," Ganondorf praised, entering into Formidable General mode. "You will certainly be rewarded." "What madness are you raving?!" a crazed, higher-pitched voice bellowed. A considerably scrawnier male Gerudo darted from the depths of the ziggurat. Ganondorf scowled. "I should have known this would would have a mockery of me," he snarled, preparing for combat.
