I can think of some archtypes :), here are some ideas I had for Decks but that I probably will never make:

 

-An archtype of monsters that do nothing but protect themselves while giving Life Points to both players (reasonable ammounts).

My version included a Field Spell that made both players gain Life Points every turn and allowing me to Special Summon those monsters (like with toons). All of them made both players gain some ammount of Life Points each turn and had another effect like "non-targeting" restrictions, "negate 1 attack each turn", "if 1 or more "blablabla" would be destroyed, once per turn they are not destroyed".... and that sort of thing, it was basically a healing Deck that I tasted with my brother without telling him what it was about. He had me with about 4000 Life Points or less and I had him with like 69,000 Life Points. And just at that time when he was all happy and calm and asked me why was it so easy, that I told him the effects of the 2 Ace cards of that Deck.

First one: If your opponent's Life Points are 70,000 or more, you win the Duel.

Second One: If your Life Points are 50,000 or more, you win the Duel.

he freaked so much xD

My version of this archtype is formed by LIGHT Winged Beast-Type monsters with weak ATKs..

I called them "Dream Birds" but you can make an idea however you want with this strategy if you want :)

 

Another Deck was one that I called "Gluttony Fish" which consisted in Fish-Type monsters with 1000 or less ATK (usually) that introduced the term "eat". Which didn't mean "removed from play", "sent to the Graveyard", "returned to the Deck" or anything like that. It was the action of putting my opponent's "Eated" card under my fishies xD (my brother said it was broken and it cheated but I have been working on balancing them a little). They had slow effects like "Once per turn, eat 1 card from your opponent's hand.", "When this card is Summoned, eat 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls", etc.

 

A third Deck would be, "Triky Crab" monsters :). an archtype of Aqua-Type monsters that moved regularly as any other Deck and regular Support, but with a side effect. They all had the part: "When this card's effect(s) is negated, bla bla bla"

which is hard to balance it but its another idea if you want to take it and transform it with pics and names that you preffer (or leave it like that whatever you wish).

Miss you guys! I can't get on YCM' date=' but ever since my internet problems, I've been on deviantart.com a lot. I am Defragmighte Dragon on the site. I also understand that there have been disputes and such about the ALD, and I think that this will help tremendously for me to help resolve these problems.

If he did:

what a crybaby, I can't think of a good enough reason to leave like that, I would understand it if:

-He had a tragic family or economic problem that made him not able to come back to YCM or the computer itself for entretainment matters like this site.

-He died

-Some other equally serious stuff that I can't think of..

Overall he is(was?) not a bad person and he was the most active member here although if it can't be helped. I wish he could realize that even if his "sacrifice" at the comments and suggestions section counted, everyone would just keep living without him and he would slowly be forgotten by people. That those "problems" will keep comming back as new people come. The world keeps spinning and he left for nothing. <_<

 

My second question is:

Can someone tell me who is Red Cross?

I don't think someone would waste the time for such small matter. If Arceus wants to watch without being here, he can come as a Guest. Although who knows, everything is possible and they DO have more or less the same age.

 

How many things does Fuzzie know about what's happening O_o ?

damn he has good sourses xD

yea ive been keeping up with it and i think that your more original at the whole card making thing. Plus your originality with the drawing also, and chronos is ok but all of his images are really blurry, if you ask me..... :)

I'm not sure what to comment on his art. I can say its different, he uses renders while I am limited by the art of the color pencil xD

I was thinking about posting the effect or not but I don't really mind if he finds out beforehand xD (I'm not too confident, I just want to show the card so badly LOL)

Magical Serpent's Skin:

EARTH /Level 7 /ATK 2600 /DEF 2000 /[Reptile / Efect]

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can be Normal Summoned without Tributes by Special Summoning 2 or more non-Reptile-Type monsters from your Graveyard with a combined Level equal to this card's Level. The Types of the monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect must be different. This card and the monsters Summoned in this way cannot declare an attack during the turn they are Summoned.

 

what do you think? overpowered? I want to make it balanced but try to keep the Special Summoning part in there. I just think it needs another drawback but I can't think on anything that won't make this card underpowered. :?

hmmm idk either, when i first read this my first thought was it is overpowered, but idk a fix for it, the only thing i can think of is that on like the 3rd turn of special summoning the monsters they are sent back to the graveyard, oh no wait or better yet the two cards are returned to your hand at the end of the turn they were summoned so you could still use them next turn......... but im not sure i mean the idea of having a real strong card be summoned without tributes and you get to special summon two more monsters to the field, and have three monsters on the field is like epic overpoweredness even if they can't attack that turn, well idk........i doubt if these ideas will help that much

What I've been thinking is that you not only Special Summon monsters for free,

-They can't attack that turn

-they (all 3. The 2 Summoned + the serpent) all need to have different Types (a problem in Decks that are based around Types but not so much with arch-Types)

-the 2+ monsters need to match the exact Level 7 of this card.

-2 or more because I want to avoid the possibility of Summoning another free Level 7 monster.

 

I was thinking on something like:

This card's effect(s) can only be activated if all the non-Fusion and non-Synchro monsters in your Graveyard have different Types.

 

and your effect is also great.

This card is going to actually be one of my personal Deck (for Fuzzie's fan-fic and for my YCM main Deck) so its pretty important to me to balance it.

I don't mind it doing big stuff in my Deck (no Types are repeated xD ). but as it is right now. I was testing it and I got this:

 

I activate my Spell Card "Card of Safe Return" and I Normal Summon "Magical Serpent's Skin" and Special Summon 3 monsters that add up to 7 stars with its effect. Monsters are "Krebons", "Sinister Sproket" and "any Level 4 monster from any Deck.

I Tune Sinister Sproket with Magical Serpent's Skin to Synchro Summon Stardust Dragon & Tune my genetic Level 4 monster with my Krebons to Synchro Summon Goyo Guardian.

 

I Special Summoned 2 strong Synchro monsters that CAN attack this turn and drew 3 cards because 3 of my monsters were reborned. T_T

using only 1 monster and 1 Spell. and with better Tuners and a good Level 4 monster i could have chained even more damage and advantage T_T

what do you think if I add my said Drawback and one of the ones you suggested to me? :D I hope that works :)
