See Fuzz, you piss me off, by changing someones post with a quote to make it your way. Just post the way you want >.>

And really, I've only ever heard you talk about Yugioh. Never heard you talk about Anime that's only in Japan. I mean, I've never heard you mention that Death Note crap. Is all you like Yugioh?

Actually, most of the time Manga makes up for its lack of movement, color and sound, with extra details to the story and more variables to look at. My friends and me all agree that most of the anime ever made is never as good as their respective manga version. In Yugioh, I would say I like the Duels in the anime and its rules a little more, but manga's story is still winning.

Manga > Anime .... like .... Subbed > Dubbed.....

All of Yugioh's mangas that are not Duel Monsters, Millenium World, or or the original, are pretty much dependant on the cards they apport to the game more than their story, sometimes not even that.

I would say Original and DM >>>> 5ds >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Gx

I was of the idea that 5ds was going to suck and ruin everything. I gave it an opportunity and liked it. The story was just forming but seemed interesting and the way they show the monsters fighting and acting during the duels was awesome (unlike the "hit and explode" from GX). Dark Signers' season felt less serious and with a little more fillers to me, + Yusei shouldn't have changed birthmark, it was stupid. If it wasn't for Divine and Godwin being there to make it better. As for the 3rd season, I sort of like how they are loosing to a worse enemy but are going to improve and prepare themselves and all, but they are too happy now. Aki is now a normal girl with almost none of the personality of the beggining. Jack is lazy and good for nothing but being too proud and playing. That kinda kills it. Oh and almost forgot, I hate its 3D animation. Why can't they just stick with anime-like art for the monsters? I got disapointed when I looked at the savior star dragon.

GX season 1, and its last enemy before the last duel with Jaden vs Yugi, both plained sucked. Pick a random episode of season 1.... playing with a monkey? playing for a sandwish? ¬_¬"

I liked Johan though... I'll give it that much. And well, the art when drawing monsters is much better than 5ds season 2's 3D attempts (Rainbow Dragon/ Yubel the Ultimate Nightmare/ D-Hero Plasma >>>>>> Earthbound Gods)

Yugioh original and DM are claimed to be the worse to some people, whether its because their Decks aren't as powerful, or just the "heart of the cards" stuff. But it was the beggining of it all, of course they weren't as advanced. Put Yugi in front of the cards from nowadays and he'll kick everyone's favorite character. He used banned cards, but weren't banned at that time.

It originally didn't even focus on the card game but there was a new set of rules for a different game every chapter. What's there not to love? Yugioh means King of games. Yusei = Riding Duels specialty. Judai = Duel monsters (from a school?). Yugi = Infinity.

5Ds - The Xing Perspective.

Well, it begins by showing off ragged people in a ragged city. Talking about there crap. Then it shows how card games are now played on motor bikes with gay rules. FAIL.

With 5Ds, DUBBED is WAAAAAAAAAAAAY Better than Subbed.

If you can guess why, you win at life! If not, you fail at life!

I like the shading on the middle crystal.

my thoughts exactly

I was wondering if it was too dark' date=' but thanks. ^_^

no, u need to do that more often, it looks more realistic and proffessional in my opinion. :D

nice coloring on it, ur getting better, and the symetry (spelling?) of the claw/hands really helps

so effing true, i hate how anime's try to take all their time up with still pics, with just a camera panning across them lmao xD,

like when a huge crowd is cheering in an anime, itll show one still picture, with action lines, and a camera panning across the pic, and of course sounds effects, thats it!

xD

i agree on the gay rules thing (but i would use the word crappy or sh*tty, not gay xD)

i stopped watching after halfway through GX xD

tried 5d's, hated it.

Bleach is really good, but all I've read is the manga. Inyu Yasha looked somewhat good as well. Naruto is meh both ways.

Dan Green, lol.

[spoiler=My Opinion]

[spoiler=DM]

All I ever saw was the dubbed a long time ago, back in the days of Yore when Yugioh first was released. It seems that all that they could ever do was recycle the plot with a tournement. Seasons one and two both consisted of this, and some of season three, as I recall it.

I also remember the Dartz thing, which was a very depressing season as I look back on it now. They dropped part of there regularly recycled plot, and just stuck with someone trying to take over the world.

DM was okay, but it reminded me of the Final Fantasy Games; it's only good the first few thousand times.

[spoiler=GX]

*sighs*

Well, what can I say. I only got around to watching the dubs. I still didn't know about the subs at the time.

The only semi-good season was the last.

[spoiler=5D's]

I personally love 5D's. The manga sucks terribly to this day, but the anime was awesome-of course this was my first time watching yugioh subbed on youtube, so that may be a slightly biased opinion.

At first when I heard about them dueling on motorcycles, my first thought was FAIL.

It turned out to be not as bad as I thought.

The first arc was great, and the second was even better. Unfortunately, there was some major charachter derailment in the third arc.

Fuzzie:

Pretty much I agree in the 5ds and Gx ones (except for the second season being better than the first for 5ds)...

For DM, read the manga. Not even season 0 is as good.

To my thoughts, after GX finished their series, people were all like "ughhh, another card type that is probably gonna ruin the game?, ughh, duels in mottor bikes? (me included). After giving it a chance it turned out to be not that bad. Looks like they put some effort into doing it but only while they persuaded the audience that it was "good". After season 1 they started to diminish their efforts. What was there to loose? they already had gained their loyal public...

And that's why (according to my opinion of course) season 3 is not quite as great.

@ Saikano: When someone says "back in the days of yore," it is a joking way of saying a long long time ago. ;D

@ sleepy: I pretty much agree, but I think the insane dark signers brought a new depth to the storyline, don't you? It seemed as if the first arc wasn't completely resolved, and seemed that more and more things kept happening, which kept everything really interesting. ^_^
