It could go awesome in a Tele-DAD deck even if you don't have anything to tune it to (LV6 Tuner ftl D=) Anyway, I have actually been wanting a monster with an effect like the first one (SS when removed by Allure), this could be a good candidate. Its Spell recovering effect is a bit broken though, much like DmoC, which is one of the reasons why it got banned in the first place. Overall nice card. Speed Spell - Hero Virus[Normal Spell] Activate only if there are 4 or more Speed Counters on a "Speed World" you control. Destroy all "Hero" monsters on the field. This is a Speed Spell. Not much to say about this except that it would help against the random Decks with Heroes splashed in, or maybe a Speed version of Little City. This card's an automatic "funk you" to any Speed Variant of hero decks. Also, cost is not really hefty. Over-Boost anyone? Dark Metal DragonDARK6 Stars[Machine / Effect] You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control 1 or more DARK monsters. By Tributing this card and 2 "Dark Metal Dragon", draw 3 cards.[1850/1650] This is awesome in TeleDAD. E-Tele, bring out Krebons, SS this, instant Stardust turn one, and you only need 2 cards. I would definately run this if I had a DaD deck and if this was made real. Also, the draw effect is good as well, you can easily get out 3 on the field due to its SS ability. The best part is the first effect, I'd say. It's almost broken. Nightmare[Normal Spell] Discard 3 cards. Place 4 Nightmare Counters on 1 face-up monster you control. By removing from play this card in your Graveyard, draw 1 card for each Nightmare Counter on the field. Then, destroy all monsters you control with Nightmare Counters on them. Hmm... tbh, I like this, but I wouldn't really run it in a deck that doesn't swarm/draw alot, cause it's a -1, then it forces you to lose field presence to draw 4 cards. Good hand replenishment, but I would run this only in its own deck, cause I see you got some cards below that can combo pretty damn well with it.. It's good for getting cards in the grave like Malicious, Necro, Plague, etc. though... Now that I think about it, it works pretty well... I'm starting to take back what I said earlier and like it. I'm starting to like the Nightmare archetype. Nightmare WingweaverDARKLevel 8[Fairy / Effect] "Nightmare" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by the effect(s) of Spell or Trap Cards.[2750/2400] Nice protection, and relatively easy to bring out due to the mass Special Summoning this deck can provide. It also protects Nightmares from game-breaking cards like Mirror Force, which can be devastating in late game. Nightmare FiendDARKLevel 3[Fiend / Tuner] You can return this card you control to the top of your Deck to destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap Card on the field.[1200/550] This is decent. Helps take out things like Oppression. It would be even awesome if it would had a way to be Special Summoned after being sent to the top of the deck though. I'm not sure if it would make it broken, maybe add a requirement like "after this is Special Summoned by this effect, remove it from play when it leaves the field" sort of like Plaguespreader. Turbo Wing - CrushWINDLevel 4[Machine / Effect] When this card is Normal Summoned, add 1 "Turbo Wing - Strike" from your Deck to your hand.[1500/1900] New archetype huh? Decent stats and Level, and it provides Hand Advantage, much like Gadgets. I could see this working in combination with Dark Simorgh. Turbo Wing - StrikeWINDLevel 4[Machine/Effect] When this card is Normal Summoned, add 1 "Turbo Wing - Crush" from your Deck to your hand.[1900/1500] This card's stats are good. It also replenishes hand and gives you more options. Like I said, Dark Simorgh in this deck in combination with some Darks would be deadly. Speed Glider - Crush StrikeWINDLevel 8[Machine / Fusion / Effect]"Turbo Wing - Crush" + "Turbo Wing - Strike"When this card is Fusion Summoned, add 1 Level 4 monster from your Deck to your hand. When your opponent activates a Spell Card, you can remove from play 1 "Turbo Wing" monster in your Graveyard to negate the activation and effect(s) of the card and destroy it. This effect can be activated during either player's turn.[3400/3400] And yet more hand replenishment. Nice Heraklinos-like effect. and it's a Machine, so it could be used with the various Machine-type fusioning cards there are currently. Not to mention it's easy to bring out with Miracle Fusion. Also, awesome stats and overall nice boss card. Search Unit[Quick-Play Spell Card] Add 1 "Turbo Wing" monster from your Deck to your hand. While this card is in your Graveyard, it is treated as a "Turbo Wing" monster. Awesome card that replenishes hand, like all other Turbo Wings, and helps add to the removing cost of Speed Glider - Crush Strike. It's also a quick-play spell, meaning you can use it as Crush Strike food when you don't have any more Turbo Wings in your grave. Overall, awesome cards. The archetypes and their support cards are pretty balanced and well-thought. I guess it's true that you make good cards, Star. xD See ya. Link to comment

I'll tell you what I do know: a) The cards are well-written.b) None of them are OP, which is always a plus.c) I personally don't like the fact that some of your cards are exactly like some in existence but just better in nearly every way.d) +1 for giant Dark Fairy. I was gonna have a long winded and boring sermon, comparing it to the lethal D-Draw + Malicious + E-Tele combo, and it was a decent enough beatstick, when I noticed it was a tuner. Not many level 2 non-tuners get played. Overall, it's just a monarch. Speed Spell - Hero Virus[Normal Spell] Activate only if there are 4 or more Speed Counters on a "Speed World" you control. Destroy all "Hero" monsters on the field. Lolspeedworld. Make some Seal of Orichalcos support while you're at it. Dark Metal DragonDARK6 Stars[Machine / Effect] You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control 1 or more DARK monsters. By Tributing this card and 2 "Dark Metal Dragon", draw 3 cards.[1850/1650] Normal summon [Level 2 Dark Tuner of choice]. Special summon this guy. Nightmare[Normal Spell] Discard 3 cards. Place 4 Nightmare Counters on 1 face-up monster you control. By removing from play this card in your Graveyard, draw 1 card for each Nightmare Counter on the field. Then, destroy all monsters you control with Nightmare Counters on them. Might as well read "Discard 3 cards and tribute one monster to draw 4 cards." Banlist status really depends on what's legal, but overall, it's a -1. I guess it depends on what else gives Nightmare Counters. Shifting gears for a second, quick questions about rulings.Is discarding 3 cards a cost, making it prime Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude + Plaguespreader bait, or is it an effect making Dark World very abusable? If it is after the effect like "(effect) then discard x amount of cards" then it is an effect, just look at some darkworld cards, like Darkworld Lighting I think it was. Link to comment

So, Turbo Wing's create a +1 when summoned, and this card tries to even things out with a -1? <_< On a completely unrelated note, since they're being treated as "monsters" while in the grave, doesn't that mean you can Monster Reborn them? What would their stats, type, and attribute be? Or, instead of trying to be cool or clever, you can just change Speed Glider's effect to read "you can remove from play 1 "Turbo Wing" card" and change Search Unit and Turbo Blast's names to "Turbo Wing Search Unit" and "Turbo Wing Blast" respectively, and adjust accordingly to any other cards I haven't read yet, or you haven't thought up yet. First you're copying the Gadgets, and now you're copying the Black Feathers. And half the Nightmares are ripoffs of other monsters. Link to comment

Twilight Chaos: I don't really have a problem with its combo with Allure - it amounts essentially to a rather combotastic Cyber Dragon with the latter's summoning conditions. The problem as I see it is with the Spell fetchin'. Now, I still have difficulty determining if obtaining Spells through the Grave by easier means than Magical Stone Excavation is a banworthy act in itself or not, but yeah... Hero Virus: Tell me what in the world is Speed World first. DMD: Rather low stats for a LV6... otherwise, a decent Grandmaster-esque monster for DARKs. Anyhow, why is Crab squirmin' all over the place? Nightmare: Please facepalm after me, for this is banworthy beyond belief. Skeletarcher: I need to know about those Nightmares... ... NOT NOW. CrabHelmet Posted December 26, 2008 Report Share Posted December 26, 2008 So, if my opening hand contains Nightmare Merchant and Nightmare, I can Normal Summon Nightmare Merchant, pay 7000 Life Points to give it 7 Nightmare Counters, activate Nightmare to give it 4 more Nightmare Counters, and then remove Nightmare from my graveyard to destroy Nightmare Merchant and draw eleven cards?
