Valkyrie Lupia Blitzer
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Level_Modulation It could've been abused, but noooo.....>_< That ruling would be like unbanning Chaos Emperor Dragon and completely changing its effect. werewolfjedi
the cannot be summoned by not being ignored is so stupid. IT THE POINT OF LETTING THEM DRAW 2 CARDS.
Phantom Roxas
Why does it only work on such a horrible group that doesn't even deserve to be recognized as an archetype?

CrabHelmet
the cannot be summoned by not being ignored is so stupid. IT THE POINT OF LETTING THEM DRAW 2 CARDS. This explains why werewolfjedi is so bad at this game: he's illiterate, and thus can't read the cards.

Flame Dragon
Even if this could let you summon Horus LV8 and the like without first summoning them with their effect this wouldn't be that good.
Valkyrie Lupia Blitzer
Even if this could let you summon Horus LV8 and the like without first summoning them with their effect this wouldn't be that good. Foolish Burial? Reasoning? Monster Gate? If you drew this and Foolish during your first turn and used Horus, then TeleDAD loses its Spells. :) Only if that danged ruling didn't exist, though. -Berserker-
If you have a SMLV4 with 3 counters in your field and 1 SMLV8 previously summoned in your graveyard... Very situational...
Guest Chaos Pudding
I'm not sure how that ruling makes any sense. The way the card is printed, the ruling contradicts what the card itself says. Level Up! uses almost the exact same wording, yet it is usable in the way that everyone expects it to be. BKSS, indeed. GenzoTheHarpist
Is there a source on this ruling? Usually there's a link to UDE judge forum or something but nothing here.

Abstract [Atrocity]
i remember in the WC07 game on DS, i made a deck w/ this, Armed Dragon LV10, Winged Kuriboh LV10, Horus LV8, and something else and it worked, what's the point now? Only to hurt yourself further, after attempting to use LV monsters. ( I was getting reeeaaaalllllyyyyy bored and made about every deck i could think of, this was one >>)

People think being able to negate spells will automatically give them the win and when horus goes down to a PWWB, they lose because they haven't planned anything else. That's why the meta decks are so consistent because it's prepared for anything. Tele-DAD is designed to be good in any situation (thanks to the extra deck) and it has a side deck to become even better against the bad matchups.
