I use Firefox equipped with Adblock + NoScript. I haven't had any problems yet.

If you buys believe it is an important problem that needs to be addressed quickly and in a timely matter' date=' I suggest you PM a mod about it.

Use Adblock Plus is better.

Oh... download Spybot Search & Destroy...

Or remove the viruses manually ;D it's easy

I was on YCM yesterday and exactly when I got off this lady started talking and it said I had 3 very crucial and private information giving viruses' date='why is that

Well, given the fact that these events occured, we have two highly accurate options.

One option would be that YCM is not the cause. With that said, let's look at the reasons. Let's see, oh, maybe someone was using YCM to plant viruses upon all the members that were online during those hours. Could be anyone so let's not point any fingers yet.

Or, option B would state that YCM had a slight error on it's board that ACCIDENTALLY released a virus upon all the members that were online during those hours.

Either way, you cannot say that YCM was infected. There's some computer viruses that cannot be released unless a certain site is having technical errors. And there are some people who just like to be jerks to people so they go onto a specific site and send a virus to all the E-Mail Addresses that are active on that site.

If option A is right, then that means that all members that were online yesterday that receaved the virus have their E-mail Addresses shown publicly and freely. Those who have them hidden from other members most likely did not receave a virus.

If I am wrong, then I cannot help you. Those are the best answers I can give. It would just meam that my deductive reasoning isn't as good as I think.

Nada for me, and use IE with McAfee Security Suite and all of it's little helpers. That's it.

I've had things like that in the past before, and when it says a program is sending you viruses and asks if you want help, DON'T CLICK IT. That is usually the virus, attempting to trick you into activating it. Just a word of advice.
