OoC: Finally. =D

IC: John Salvitori woke up Monday in a mood. A bad mood. Of course, it was the first day of the school year, so he didn't suspect anything different. He got a shower, at breakfast, dressed up in jeans, a black hoodie jacket, Converse skate shoes, and a DC cap. Pretty much the normal weekday morning. He got his backpack, his skateboard, and his knife, and headed out the door. It was still kind of dark outside. He felt like he forgot something, although he couldn't put his finger on it. He discarded the thought. It probably wasn't something important if he forgot it. He pulled out his iPod, and put on some of The Showdown and started off down the sidewalk on his Element board. A fairly new deck and set up, it was nice and smooth. Unfortunately, with his backpack on, he couldn't do anything at the moment. John sighed. He wasn't looking forward to school. Past experience left him iffy about this sort of stuff. Who knows. Maybe it'll be different. He was halfway down the path to Canteberrry High. He passed various teens walking towards the same place. He sighed again. Waiting for whatever was going to come his way......

Atticus walked out onto a busy street outside of his apartment. He took a look at the sky. The sun was just coming up over Canto. He took a look at his watch, Holy crap! I'm gonna be late for school! Atticus thought frantically. He started to run down the road, dodging th many people who also decided to go for a walk on this warm morning. He ran through a crowd of gigling girls and they threw him dirty looks as he brushed past them.

"Sorry!" Atticus said quickly and turned around and kept on running. He was going to be late in five minutes, he had to rev up the pace. And so he did, now running past a buisness man so fast, the man's coffee spilled all over himself. Atticus didn't have time to appologise, but he could hear the man cursing very loudly and he felt very guilty. He finally saw the gigantic campus of the school. He made it! He sprinted through the courtyard and leaped for the double doors. He then walked inside very casually,

"Heh, wasn't worried at all." He then took a look around and saw how wonderful this new school looked. He had heard people describe how breathtaking the inside was from older Sophmores and Seniors. They said that the silver cealings with the blood red walls just looked so futuristic. He was honored to even be standing in the very building. Atticus then saw a boy around his age with shocking scarlet hair staring at a large trophy case with billiard eyes. He walked up to him.

"Wow, cool school huh?"

Mokuro woke up lazily, like how he always does, and got dressed in his clothing, which he was very quick at surprisingly. He brushed his teeth, washed his face, administer some eyeliner, but it was so little eyeliner, that nobody would even notice. Anyways, Rokujo put in some bread in the toaster, and packed in the meantime. When he checked the clock, the only reaction he got was, "F*ck!!" Rokujo swiftly grabbed his bag, his guitar, and the toast, and rushed out of the house...

Rokujo finally arrived at the school, at which, to his aprroval, didn't seem very, normal. Well, normal to him at least. The school was too bright, and was even brighter in the sun. Rokujo kept his eyes hidden from the Suns radiant rays, and quickly stepped inside to avoid anymore sunlight...

--Hope this is alright...

Brandon walked toward the school and went inside and looked at the hallway. "This isnt what i expected." He goes the the administration office to get his schedule and looks at the time. "class starts in 20 minutes so i have time to kill." he sits outside and turns on his laptop and starts playing some online games. "hmm what games to play this time?" he sees a game he likes and plays it for about 10 minutes and gets bored and shuts off his laptop. "i should really make a game this year. But i dont know how." He goes inside the school waiting for the 1st period bell to ring.

Rokujo got his schedule, and looked at the time. He had Father Time on his back. So he went to a Dark Corner, and opened his Guitar Bag, revealing a Warlock Guitar. There, he plugged into his tiny protablt AMP, that runs on Solar Energy, or Light for that matter, so he doesn't need a plug. Rokujo began to play a song.

--Warlock is one of the expensive guitars from what I heard, at least 1.5K worth of money.

John got to the school and stopped skating just outside the front door. He looked around. Cute girls standing around. He grinned. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad after all. He picked up his board and walked towards the front door. He was about to enter when a kid around his age pushed past him. The kid had blue hair and was fairly thin. He looked like he was in a hurry. It was about 10 minutes before classes started. John shook his head. He walked in the doors t ofind somewhat crowded hallways. He grinned again. He started liking this place more and more. He started walking towards a trophy cabinet, where two kids, one of them being the blue haired kid, were standing. He could barely hear the buzz of the people around him, thanks to his music. He took his iPod out his pocket and turned it off. He looked up and wondered what he was about to do. Was he going to socialize? "I must be crazy." He said to himself.

He started towards the two guys standing at the cabinet. He was probably going to be stared at. Not many people carrying skateboards into the school besides him. Actually, there wasn't anyone doing that at all. He stopped about two feet from the blue haired kid. "Admiring the trophies, guys?" He asked. From his stand point, it sounded corny. It probably was, but whatever.

Brandon sees the two kids by the trophy cabniet and turns on his laptop again. "i wouldn't really mind playing another game." he muttered to himself. He started playing but forgot to lower the sound so the sound of the games was blasting. "oh crap!" he said and lowered the volume. "hope noone heard that." he said as he continued playing

The kid called him Johnny. A new twist on something, but he didn't mind. He actually found it quite funny. "Same here. Not looking forward to it, though. Science hasn't been my best subject." He said. John heard a loud sound in the background and turned his head. A teen was playing with his laptop. He grinned again. He turned back to Atticus. Atticus' hand grip was pretty firm. Not bad for his appearance. Of course, John had learned not to judge people from appearance. Especially when it came to strength. "You skate, Atticus?"

Brandon glanced around at the hallways to see secruity cameras everywhere. He smirked and when back to his game. "This school has super tight security." He turned up the volume on his laptop loud enough only for him to hear it and started playing some songs on his laptop while still playing the game. "Ok my first period is chemestry. Probably will sleep it off there." he sighed

The sound of the tremendously loud and unnaturally high pitched screams from his alarm clock finally sounded at 6:30 in the morning. Meti, a now typical high school student woke up from the alarm in a rather annoyed shine within his eyes. However, it was quite abvious that he was feeling obligated to wake for his first day of high school and he had already met some new students already in band camp during the now ended Summer vacation. So, he decided to make do with what he had and he took a good and thorough fifteen minute shower, ate some breakfast and finally exited out of his front door. Of course, also plugging in his ear-phones so he could listen to his I-Pod while he waited and sat upon the bus to take him to school.

James turned around to face the two boys. He pulled the crystal white earphones loudly playing Linkin Park from his ears, and motioned his hand in a movement that hasn't been named but was a somewhat wave. He shrugged off his mistake, never minding what it had been. Accidently leaving his iPod on, he moved forwards to see what the two were discussing.

"I have Chemistry also..." James said, not really bothering to listen too much to the conversation. He placed his right earphone back in his ear, and Champagne Supernova began to play as he did so.

Urk. And here I was, thinking high school would be better.

All of Marisa's previous education — all of it, since preschool — had left her cynically cursing humanity at large, based entirely off of the perceived idiocy of her peers. It seemed that if muted even for thirty minutes, they would go completely berserk, unable to withstand their isolation from the rest of the painfully unimaginative world.

Another small problem was that the status quo she'd come to understand in recent years seemed to spitefully mock her. A few things determined how important you were: musical talent, modern tastes, bad grades, high quantities of "friends" eager to spread some hateful rumor on some utterly trivial topic to knock you off your ludicrously precarious throne. Whenever she informed some possibly intelligent peer of the ridiculous rungs on the ladder to glory, they would simply tell her she was envious of those few who had managed to climb it, and that social standing wasn't determined by so few criteria. And yet, here they all were: a pack of giggling, effervescent blondes were rounding on a boy playing his guitar in the middle of the hallway; she managed to catch a fragment of conversation assuring weakness in some unpopular subject (chemistry? calculus? biology?); half the room was completely oblivious to everyone else, sucked into private worlds in their Ipods, while the other half seemed as clustered as stars in a galaxy of students, never straying from their groups, and taking subject matter outside of it only to scorn some other pack of students.

She'd been hoping that separation of classes would give her a better environment, but evidently, that was not the case. She reached into her onyx duffel bag and produced a small index card, upon which was taped a slip of computer paper. She only glanced at it before placing it in her hip pocket. Chemistry first period, hm? At least I start with a strong subject. I just hope this isn't biochemistry; I'd be taking the same thing as last year... She began to stroll towards the indicated classroom, glancing at signs and following her own navigational intuition.

OoC: Dammit I'm late!

IC:

[Earlier that morning...]

The Sun was already up and running in Canto, Japan, when a fifteen year old boy Nick Houston walked down the road leading to his High School. It was the first day of this school year, and Nick hurried up not to be late for the first class. The boy looked at his "Swatch" watch. "Ah, there's still time. No need to hurry." he thought, as he reached the big iron gates, leading to his new school. Nick proceeded onwards, and walked through the double doors. He took out a piece of paper from his pocket, on which he wrote the classes for today. "Chemistry? Blah... I hate that. Nevermind, thats gonna be alright." he thought.

[Present time...]

Nick stood near the Chemistry door, recaping the news about this school. "Okay... So far I saw many people. They do have many pretty girls around here. Next, I saw a skater. Thanks goodnes that there are any here. I saw a guitar playing boy, who obviously plays metal. He plays good, but I think he's gonna dislike me. The guy with the owl might be interesting too." he thought. So far, he was satisfied with what he saw, but had a bad feeling that many people won't like rap here. Nick took out his plain black earphones, and put them in his ears. He played his favourite music...

OoC: The music Nick is listening to now: Eve featuring Sean Paul - Give it to You
