Anyways' date=' I was thinking, maybe we should create an RP here on YCM. A really awesome one. Each person could pitch in to help create the story, application, ETC. Then, when we think it's ready, we post it. Any one agree?

Hmm. Well, as long as it isn't Pop-Culture style of RP, I agree. I dont like Pop-Culture RPs anymore. Some fantasy would be nice.

well i have an mid-evil myth Fantasy RP...

What about Warhammer is that pop-culture anymore?

Yes. Warhammer is infact Pop-Culture. Look at the rules for Pop-Culture Card section here on YCM... That's all what I mean by Pop-Culture.

Hmm.. You know' date=' we could always use a modern day RP. Like "The High School Roleplay!" :)

there was like one like that... i don't what to do that i come here to get away from school not to come to it...

Yeah, I was the one who hosted the High School RP back then. I canceled it because some ill-trained noob spammed it.

Anyway, it actually should focus on all the drama that occurs at school. First it starts off on the first day of High School and each character is a 9th Grader (Freshmen, 1st Year...whatever.)

Meti does have a point. the best RP is if you basically lived through it

No, the best roleplay would be to have everything exactly teamed into sequence and flow. Every member working together to try to creat the most original storyline they can make. Of course, acting as if you live through the events in a roleplay is a good factor, but it must also be read as if it were a book.

Pop-culture Role Plays suck. Well, most of them do. The forum I go to is a role play based off of One Piece, but we create most of the storyline, we just use certain elements from the show and manga. Anyways. A high-school role play? Not bad. Although fantasy and action are more of my thing, fights DO often take place in high-school (At least at my school. =D). So yeah, I'm cool with it. If we go through with this, we need each person to have a certain job, or at least teams.

like one group could be like jocks and others could be like honor roll? and i agree with disturbed the fights can be good action (my school seriously have 10 fights each day)

No, I mean like one group makes the storyline, one helps make the Character Application.

Well, for the storyline it's mainly just living a life in High School. It's sort of fabricational. (Means you are able to develope the storyline pretty easily without having to discuss it so much. Or in other words, "Able to make up on the spot and still have flow.")

As for the application, I do have an old High School RP application in my grasp. :) We could work off of that one.
