Professor Cobra Posted December 15, 2008 Report Share Posted December 15, 2008 They are used for Synchro Summons. They are the 1 Tuner portion. You add the Tuner's Level to other monsters to Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster. The only requirement, other than the other monster, is that the total Level equals the Level of all monsters used for the Synchro Summon. Okay? Link to comment
