CrabHelmet
One important factor to consider when building a Skill Drain deck is that you are not always going to have Skill Drain on the field. Therefore, it is important to build your deck in a way that stops it from falling apart if you don't have Skill Drain in your opening hand. Without Skill Drain on the field, your monsters are...laughable. And even with it, most of them are only Gene-Warped Warwolves with a small ATK boost. Instead of solely relying on monsters whose effects you want to be negated, just use a few of them like God Beastking Barbaros and fill out the rest of the lineup with monsters whose effects don't get stopped by Skill Drain. Alternatively, you have 9 DDV targets and 6 EEV targets, so if you want to keep this style of lineup, you could consider converting it to add a Virus Control aspect. CrabHelmet
Lawl, I'm double-posting because you completely changed the deck since my last post. (EDIT: No, I'm not, you snuck your post in before me.) Your 6 Flips seem like they might slow the deck down a bit much, even if you are spending some of them on CCV/Allure and need to get your Skill Drain out. In other news, you do not have 12 DDV targets. I leave you to figure out why.

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I'd suggest not using Kozaky. While he can be used with your Virus, your opponent's Mystical Space Typhoon's effect becomes "If 'Giant Kozaky' is on the field, destroy all copies and 1 face-up "Skill Drain'. Then inflict 1000 damage to your opponent (the cost of Skill Drain) +2500 for each 'Giant Kozaky' destroyed by this effect." Then again, I can't think of what you should replace it with =[
CrabHelmet
Without Giant Kozaky, you'd probably need to drop EEV. However, Giant Kozaky is really risky, especially considering all the available removal, so I'd suggest dropping him to 2 and avoiding using him as a beatstick as much as possible. Also, yeah, drop the Trade-Ins.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Also, you had gotten ahead of me on building a Virus deck. I had the idea of building a Dark Magician Virus deck a week ago. However, I am stupid and didn't know what to put in it. I thank you for reminding me of it, though. Also, yeah, the Trade-Ins. You musta forgot when you were editing >>
