Medusa Worm?

Hello, everyone. I was just playing Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008, and I did a structure duel at the Colloseum in the Duel World. After selecting Invincible Fortress, because I'm usually good with it, my opponent got to go first. The cheapest thing happened. My opponent summoned Gearfried the Iron Knight. WHAM! Restraints Released. I'm like "WTF! HAX!".

 

Anyway, I get 1 or two monsters destroyed until I draw Medusa Worm. I looked at it and figured I'd never be able to flip summon it, so I set it as stall. But then I realised I had drawn Waboku. Set it.

 

Next turn. Opponent attacks. Waboku. My turn now. I draw Exxod, Master of the Guard. "Impressive," I think. "Too bad I don't have any Sphinx monsters."

 

Flip over Medusa Worm. Gearfried is destroyed.

 

Opponent has no cards in his hand for several turns, in which I attack with Medusa Worm then flip it back over. I draw Giant Rat and summon it. My opponent summons another Gearfried the Iron Knight. Destroys the Rat, so I look through my deck. "Criosphinx? Alright!"

 

My turn. Tribute Crio for Exxod. Accidentally put him in attack position. Flip over Medusa, and destroy Gearfried. However, I had no idea of Exxod's secondary effect. Since I flipped over Medusa, a Rock type, Exxod inflicts 1000 points of damage to my opponent. I win!

 

Please discuss this strategy.

Hi, everyone. I was playing WC 2006 and i was up against a shitty opponent. I was using my fiend deck and he was using a e-hero deck. Then on the first turn my opponent summoned shining flare wingman i was like "wtf f****** haxor".

 

But then i drew kuriboh and i set him for stall. Then i realise i have sakuretsu armor in my hand and set it. Then my opponent attacks with flare wingman and i kill it.

 

Then for the next turns i attack him with kuriboh because he has no cards in his hand.

 

Then a few turns later i have 3 kuribohs out and i sacrifice them all for raviel and then i destroy his avian and win!!!
