This is consists of 3 frames and is therefore pretty bad if you're trying to make something like this. It should have more frames. Because of the low amount of frames it makes it choppy. That is something to work on. Next, each time it changes frames it animation moves in its frame. Keep it in the same place. That is something else to work on.
