How to add links into sigs?

Can someone please tell me how to add links into sigs or banners? So when you click on the sig or banner, it sends you derectly to the link implied into it. Thank you.

Or you can click the insert link button when you are editing your post, or changing your sig. But whatever way works is fine. :D
