Umbra
I tried to make a different archetype. I think I succeeded. Winterwind MansionField SpellYou can Tribute this card during your Standby Phase to Special Summon 1 “Winterwind” monster from your Graveyard. Winterwind Family CrestEquip SpellEquip only to a “Winterwind” monster. When the equipped monster would be Tributed other than for a Tribute Summon, you can pay 500 Life Points x the monster's Level to Tribute this card instead. Jirou WinterwindDARKFiend4 / 0 / 0When this card battles a monster, this card's ATK / DEF become equal to that monster's ATK + 100 during damage calculation only. If this card destroys a monster by battle, Tribute it during your next Standby Phase and Special Summon 1 “Winterwind” monster from your Graveyard, except “Jirou Winterwind”. Mara WinterwindDARKFiend / Tuner2 / 0 / 0When this card is attacked, you can pay Life Points equal to the ATK of the attacking monster to negate the attack and destroy the attacking monster. During your next Standby Phase after this effect has been activated, Tribute this card and Special Summon 1 “Winterwind” monster from your Graveyard, except “Mara Winterwind”. Sengai WinterwindDARKFiend / Synchro6 / 0 / 01 “Winterwind” Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner “Winterwind” monstersThis card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. Any Battle Damage you take from battles involving this card becomes 0. When this card attacks, select 1 monster your opponent controls other than the attack target. This card's ATK becomes equal to the selected monster's ATK, until the End Step. During your next Standby Phase, Tribute this card and Special Summon 2 non-Tuner “Winterwind” monsters in your Graveyard. Lost SpiritsTrap CardSpecial Summon 1 “Winterwind” monster in your Graveyard. Tribute the monster during your next Standby Phase. Fall of the Winterwind FamilySpell CardActivate only while you control a face-up “Sengal Winterwind”. Send 4 “Winterwind” monsters in your Deck to the Graveyard. Winterwind WarlordLIGHTWarrior5 / 2300 / 1900A noble descending from a long line of sinister necromancers. Giving up life to give up death didn't appeal to this young man, who fled his family and became a lone knight. Assault on the ManorTrap CardActivate only from your Deck when a “Winterwind Mansion” on your field is destroyed. Special Summon 2 “Guardian Spirit Tokens” (DARK/Fiend-type/Level 2/500 ATK/0 DEF”). “Guardian Spirit Tokens” can attack your opponent directly. During your next Standby Phase, if you control 2 “Guardian Spirit Tokens”,Tribute them and Special Summon 1 “Winterwind” monster from your Graveyard. Maximillian WinterwindDARKFiend / Tuner4 / 0 / 0When this card battles, Tribute it before damage calculation to negate the attack. Your opponent draws cards equal to the attacking monster's ATK divided by 1000 (rounded down). During your next Standby Phase, Special Summon 1 “Winterwind” monster from your Graveyard, except “Maximillian Winterwind”. Abigail WinterwindDARKFiend2 / 0 / 0When you take Battle Damage, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This card's ATK becomes equal to the Battle Damage you took x 2. Any Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent is halved. During your next Standby Phase, Tribute this card and Special Summon 1 “Winterwind” monster from your Graveyard, except “Abigail Winterwind”. Sieg WinterwindDARKFiend / Dark Tuner8 / 0 / 0If this card was Special Summoned by the effect of a “Winterwind” monster, other than “Sengal Winterwind”, destroy this card. When this card is attacked, you can pay 500 Life Points x the attacking monster's Level to redirect the attack to another “Winterwind” monster you control, except “Sieg Winterwind”. During your next Standby Phase, Tribute this card and Special Summon 2 “Winterwind” monsters from your Graveyard, except “Sieg Winterwind”. Winterwind StormSpell CardActivate by Tributing 1 “Sengal Winterwind” you control. Destroy all cards on the field, except “Winterwind” cards. During your next Standby Phase, you take 500 damage x the number of cards destroyed by this effect. Winterwind's Raging DemoniacDARKFiend / Dark Synchro- 4 / 0 / 01 non-Tuner monster - “Sieg Winterwind”This card can attack once more for each Level 4 or higher “Winterwind” monster in your Graveyard. When this card would be destroyed by battle, Tribute 1 “Winterwind” card you control (except this card) to negate the attack, destroy the other monster, and increase this card's ATK / DEF by an amount equal to the destroyed monster's Level x 400. During each of your Standby Phases, Tribute 1 “Winterwind” card you control (except this card). Otherwise, destroy this card and take damage equal to it's ATK. Link to comment
texaschickenlittle
Wow. Thats really all I can say. You've basically come out of nowhere with this new archtype. Simply amazing. I didn't go through all and look for any mistakes, OPs, or UPs, but well...I'm not repeating myself again. Also, I'm guessing Sengai is the head of the family? Link to comment

(Although I'm not sure how to interpret that. I've "come out of nowhere"? My last set was quite popular' date=' along with a bunch of my very old sets.) Also, I'm guessing Sengai is the head of the family? Head of the family and the last to fall in battle. I gotta write up the story around this someday. Link to comment

Wyhe
Those cards share a similarity with the Gladiator Beasts in the sense that they swap for one another, but it is original idea nonetheless Link to comment
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Advice: Stop making DARK monsters, and stop making Fiends. They're not original, and it's all I've seen from you lately. Winterwind Mansion- Can't Tribute S/T cards. Make a rule that says that you can count the card and it will be treated as a Tribute, and it will make sense. Winterwind Family Crest- Same thing. And underpowered. Jirou Winterwind- Overpowered in my opinion. Mara Winterwind- I don't know. I guess it's even. Sengai Winterwind- What exactly do you mean by End Step? Lost Spirits- No idea what to say. Though Tributing is still a problem. You don't exactly Tribute for no reason. Not exactly mandatory in this case, but I would say that it is just being treated as a Tribute. Fall of the Winterwind Family- Underpowered. Winterwind Warlord- *Shrug* Sounds like Drizzt in a very small way. Assault on the Manor- Change the wording of its activation requirement. As is, it makes no sense. Also, you missed a space. Maximillian Winterwind- Now that I look at this, the archetype could be overpowered if used correctly. Abigail Winterwind- Definitely overpowered. Too easy to Summon, too easy to take advantage of. Sieg Winterwind- *Shrug* Dunno what to say. Winterwind Storm- I can see this being abused greatly. Winterwind's Raging Demoniac- Name doesn't make too much sense. Also, overpowered. Link to comment
