Sabatarou, This sword was used by Mitsurugi to do his part of battle against Algol, it allows the user to experience the will of the one who used it before him, this sword has been passed down generations upon generations.

Appearance: Considering how awful the plot is, I'm stunned you spelled this correctly. Also, real Sceptyr is less girly.
