Extremely, extremely, extremely overpowered. The effect alone, even if it had less ATK for a Level 4 monster, would make it overpowered.

You can Special Summon this card from your Deck if you control 2 or more Zombie-Type monsters. Change it's ATK to 1800. 8/10

Actually, it does work. The Familiar Possessed monsters have effects that allow them to be Special Summoned from the Deck.

 

However, the card is still EXTREMELY overpowered.
