Some Simple Questions

Hello everyone!

I don't know why I'm posting this, but hell, I might as well. I'm not a 'noobish member, so don't think I am. I would like professionals to answer my question if you could, please.

[spoiler=1. What makes a good shop?]

I will be opening my new shop next week, if I can get the BBCode perfected. But what makes a good shop? Is it the items, the quality of the items, the prices, the layout, or what? Please help me, and my shop will have over 150 items, all free!

[spoiler=2. What is the image size of a YCM card?]

Pretty obvious, what is the exact pixel image size of a card that we make here on YCM? I'm deep into custom card making, but I never knew the exact size. I usually do 360 Pixels × 360 Pixels, for the hell of it, even though it's wrong.

[spoiler=3. What tutorials do [b]you[/b] want?]

I'll be making tutorials for the community soon. My best known is my tutorial on making and printing a realistic card, which I made when I had under 50 posts. Whether graphics tutorials, card making tutorials, or whatnot, ask me, and I'll make it!

[spoiler=4. What makes a good contest?]

Whether graphics contests or card making contests, what makes a good contest? Is it flavor text, with a small storyline to it, or is it pure professionalism, with all the professional things included. Also, do the prices and prizes interest you, aswell as the contest itself (eg. Fiends Only / Hero Cards Only / Pikachu Sprites Only)?

Thankyou for reading my questions, and I hope you answer them with complete awareness that the results will be for you!

the items:having a lot of items make the shop cool and all but...

the quality of the items:it matters a lot, stores with plenty of low quality items might get less customers than a shop selling 1 or 2 high quality things

the prices:matters less, just make them reasonable

the layout:matters the least,it's just to make things easier for customers

IMO,what else you need is all but important, customer service,if you can PM their orders for free then customers might enjoy it more,if you can get their orders done very fast then they might be able to have more time of thinking what to order rather than waiting for you to finish your order.

priority imo:

quality

items

prices

customer service

layout

i have no idea, try cropping it and see the dimensions

i don't really need any tutorials atm but i am pretty sure other people do.

i don't play contest so don't ask me
