Skarlet
I'd say that sea-serpents are very powerful creatures who, as opposed to being destroyed return to the dephs of the ocean, only to re-emerge vengfully! Wavelord KashiLevel: 8Sea-serpent / effectATK: 2800Def 2100Effect: When this card would be destroyed by a card effect, you can remove it from play instead, During your End Phase, if this card was removed from play by it's own effect, Special Summon it, And destroy 1 monster your oppnent controls. -Lightray Daedalus-
That's a god idea not to mention that they would obiously be based around some special terrain...Like Midgard lake...Because of the midgra serpent...
~/Coolio Prime\~
I think Sea Serpents of legend such as the Leviathan or the Kraken(does that count) would be more interesting than Lovecraft. And Sea Serpents are a general type, they shouldn't all follow the same path and become like psychics, but they should just be improved.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
All of the Types have at least a rough theme to them. Some being the same as others, though. They're all known for their own things.

Like I said, a loose theme. =[ Also, randomly, could you look at the post I made in the Q&A? lol
~/Coolio Prime\~
Aqua pretty much follows the same theme as WATER does. And if Serpents needed a theme, it would be an interesting one if they had effects that activated in the grave or via flipping(Sea Serpents come from below to wreak havoc). Skarlet
Plants are actually supposed to be revival and swarm like Zombies... >> They also have some control' date=' I guess.[/quote'] Personaly they strike me as swarm in general, and they are Toolboxable now thanks to Lonefire, kind of, I mean, youve got a summoner (gigaplant) , negating ability (tyanical), Even an ATK increaser if you cared to run it (Fairy King Trusdale) and theres probably a tonne more useful stuff a lonefire toolbox could do *wanders off to build deck* I know its been done before so please dont bother pointing that out
