Txt needs abit more work. 2nd one: Colors match, but the colors are monotoned. Text needs to stand out abit more. General: Work mainly on text and borders... Use a 1x border instead of making it look fancy. The size of the banners should be somewhat smaller and the text size should be smaller as well.
