This card cannot be Special Summoned, execpt from your Graveyard. When this card is discarded to the Graveyard from your hand, remove from play any number of DARK type monsters in the Graveyard. Then, destroy all monsters on your side of the field, and special summon 1 "Underworld Token" (Monster / DARK / Fiend / Level 9 / ATK: ? DEF: 0.) This card's original attack becomes equal to the the number of DARK type monsters removed from play X 300. If this token is dystroyed, you can remove from play 4 DARK type monsters in your graveyard to Special Summon Doomeaga, Lord of the Grave from you Graveyard. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster to discard "Doomeaga, Lord of the Grave" from you hand to the Graveyard.

First, you tribute the monster, then you discard Doomeaga.
