- Level 4 it

or

-Make it all cards in your Graveyard x300

 

And only put 1 "?" in the ATK bar.

Yes, it's quite underpowered. Follow his suggestions, both of them. You would need six monsters in the GY for this to be able to run over things: Level 4 makes it fine.
