LotR Set!

These are my first few cards here on YCM.

I'm working on a LotR set, and many cards are based on EA Games' The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-Earth.

I will add more cards from this set as I create them.

Please rate my cards from 1 - 10, and give me suggestions on how to improve them.

 

 

Card Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by having 5 or more DARK monsters in your opponent's Graveyard. When this card is face-up on the field, all LIGHT monsters gain 400 ATK. You can remove 1 card from play from your side of the field or your Graveyard to destroy 1 DARK monster on the field. When this card destroys a DARK monster by battle or by its effect, put 1 Level Counter on it (max. 5). This card gains 200 ATK for each Level Counter on it. You can Tribute this card with 5 Level Counters on it to Special Summon "Gandalf the White" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

Card Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Gandalf the Grey" with 5 Level Counters on it. When this card is Special Summoned, put 5 Level Counters on it. When this card is face-up on the field, all LIGHT monsters gain 600 ATK. You can remove 1 card from play from your side of the field, your hand, or your Graveyard to destroy 1 DARK monster on the field. When this card destroys a DARK monster by battle or by its effect, put 1 Level Counter on it (max. 10). This card gains 300 ATK for each Level Counter on it.

 

To make things clear, when the card says "When this card destroys a DARK monster by battle or by its effect, put 1 Level Counter on it (max. 10).", it means that there can be 10 Level Counters on it TOTAL. So basically, with the 5 Level Counters that are placed when the card is Special Summoned, you can only place 5 more afterwards, NOT 10 more.

This card can only be activated when there is a face-up "Gandalf the Grey" with at least 2 Level Counters on it or a face-up "Gandalf the White" with at least 2 Level Counters on it on your side of the field. Select and return up to 3 cards on your opponent's side of the field to your opponent's hand.

Card Effect:

This card can only be equipped to a face-up "Gandalf the Grey" with at least 3 Level Counters on it or a face-up "Gandalf the White" with at least 3 Level Counters on it. When the equipped monster destroys a monster by battle, you can select and destroy another monster on your opponent's side of the field.

This card can only be activated when there is a face-up "Gandalf the Grey" with at least 4 Level Counters on it or a face-up "Gandalf the White" with at least 4 Level Counters on it on your side of the field. All LIGHT monsters gain 800 ATK, and all LIGHT monsters are unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap cards.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except when you control a face-up "Gandalf the White" with at least 6 Level Counters on it. When this card is face-up on the field, "Gandalf the White" can attack twice during the same turn.

Card Effect:

This card can only be activated when there is a face-up "Gandalf the White" with at least 8 Level Counters on it on your side of the field. Destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field.

Card Effect:

This card can only be activated when there is a face-up "Gandalf the White" with 10 Level Counters on it on your side of the field. Destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field, inflict Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the number of cards you destroyed x 200, and increase your Life Points equal to the amount of Life Points that your opponent lost.

For my last card "Summoning of Power", I recall that I got the picture from DeviantArt. But I'm not very sure.
