Here is my suggestions I know it might have some OCG errors, but it will be quick.

 

 

Change the Battle Position of all monsters on the field to Defense Position. Return all Spell and Trap Cards on the field to their respective Decks. To change the Battle Position of a monster on the field, you must pay 500 Life Points. To activate a Monster, Spell or Trap Card Effect remove 1 card from your Deck from play. When a player declares an attack, the opposing player can discard 2 cards from their hand to negate the attack and end the Battle Phase.

- Affiliater - finds succesfull and active clubs and askes them affiliate with Elite Makers. Say, that you have my permission.

 

More ideas are happily welcome.

As long as this card remains on the field, all DARK monsters on field gain 500 ATK. Once per turn, you can give-up 700 Life Points to increase the ATK of 1 DARK monster by 1000 until the End Phase. During the Main Phase 1 of your opponent's turn, both player randomly discard 1 card from their hand, inflict 700 points to both player for each non-DARK monster sent to the Graveyard by this Card's Effect.[/align]

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending monsters from your hand to the Graveyard whose Levels are equal to or greater this card's. Once per turn, you can send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard to increase this cards ATK by 400 for every monster in your Graveyard until the End Phase of your next turn. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap, you can pay 700 Life Points to inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each Spell Card in your Graveyard.[/align]

Sorry I got really bored yesterday my Xbox wasn't working so I made them. It is a level 7 and I asked people if it was overpowered before I posted it, but if you think that then maybe it is.

 

The second one I don't know how it is Overpowered as you can discard a hand a card to summon then only during your turn that you can increase the attack. We I cuoldn't think of an effect I thought why not have a spellcaster version of 'Command Knight".

 

How was my OCG?
