Meh, I know, I just can't get into card-making much anymore. And Monkei is more "ninja-ey" and "warrior-ey" than Monkey. Also, the pic is blurry, which is what makes it look kinda bad, and it's dark.

Once every Standby Phase you can place 1 " Breakout " counter (max 5), by removing 5 of the counters you can Special Summon 1 level 4 or under monster with " Breakout Warrior " in its name the monster you Special Summoned cannot attack on its first Battle Phase. If this card was Special Summoned from an effect of a monster with " Breakout Warrior " in its name if so you can attack twice during your next turn. When this card is destroyed by battle you can Special Summon 1 level 4 or under monster with " Breakout Warrior " in its name (Except Breakout Warrior-Monkei) from your deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by it's own effect. When you draw this card except during your Draw Phase, send 2 monster from your field to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card. Once per turn, this card can attack your opponent directly if your Life Points are less then your opponent. Increase this cards ATK by 400 for each monster this card destroys. At the End Phase this card is Summoned put this card in DEF Position.

Interesting effect, but the last effect kinda gives you a dead draw because you are going to draw it next turn and it may not be able to help you...
