This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 4 FIRE monsters from your hand or field to the Graveyard. If your opponent has 6000 Life Points or less, decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 3000. Once per turn during your Standby Phase, by sending 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard, you can decrease this card's ATK by 1000 to increase the ATK of 1 FIRE monster by 1000. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a Trap or Spell Card Effect, deal 700 points directly to the owner of this card.

That's a pretty nice effect. But Black Kiss? lol
