Snitch I was right on the Counter part, but the M's in Monster and Monsters are not cap so here are the corrected cards

 

 

 

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 WIND and 1 DARK monster on your side of the field. During each of your Main Phases put 1 Soul Counter on this card. By removing 5 Counters from this card you can Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard(Summoning effects are negated).For every monster brought back by this cards effect inflict 500 damage to your opponent. When this card is removed from the field you take 2000 damage.

 

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 DARK monsters from your side of the field. During each of your Standby Phases put 1 Soul Counter on this card.
